Wish I could give no stars.
I gardened storage boxes last August. Finally got a tracking number in October. Kept checking. When the item was apparently delivered it was a different address and a small box so not my order at all. I had a conversation via email with Vera. I asked for a refund but she offered to try again getting the item to me. I agreed. In December I finally had another tracking number. Again I checked regularly and it came up that the parcel was delivered to the wrong County. If it was my parcel (which I doubt) it was over 100 miles away.
I've asked for a refund of the nearly £40 I've paid.
I'm so angry. We're all struggling these days and they've STOLEN MY MONEY!!!! I'm looking at what steps I can take next.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They are crooks. Firstly they took £8 more than my order from my bank account and gave me some fluff about it being for some sort of fee. Then they delivered it to an address 100's miles from me and when I spoke to Royal Mail the item that was delivered didn't even match the size and weight of what I had ordered, my ordered definitely wouldn't fit in a post box. Cs will reply to you but not with anything useful. You may as well flush your hard earned money down the toilet.

Basically a scam website that popped up on Instagram ads. Selling all range of home goods. They process your payment through a PayPal card payment window, debit more than the quoted amount, provide you with a fake tracking number & you never get your item.

They reply to your emails talking endlessly about re-sending items and go around in a loop like that over and over - but never actually refund your money. Their contact is customer @ beautifullyblacks.com
