Excellent service from Hahn airport to…
Excellent service from Hahn airport to city center in Frankfurt. Bus was arrived on time and left for destination on time. I bought a prepaid ticket online and it was a seamless experience to board the bus. I felt safe and secure and driver was kind and let me know bus would take me to my destination.

My bus was delayed with 35 minutes and as a result I missed my flight. I have used Flibco many times and it has always been a positive experience but this time it was not good at all

Stress free connection
I have used Flibco countless times for trips from London to Stansted Airport. And also in Germany, from Frankfurt to Hahn Airport. There has not been any delay during any of my travels. The open return ticket option, valid for 6 months, is even more fantastic.
I highly recommend it.

In general Flibco is a very good service
Generally speaking, Flibco's service is excellent. I used it a few times already and all was fine, including the customer service which, unfortunately, I needed to use due to a cancellation of my flight.
The only small thing I would mention negatively is that the bus is always a few minutes late when arriving at the stops (I don't take it from the start of the line).
The bus always recovers this delay during the ride and arrives at its destination on time or even earlier but waiting 10 more minutes can be quite irritating when at 02:30 AM on a freezing night...

Late and careless of timeline
It was suppose to arrive at the Airport at 4:05, but arrived at 4:25. Because the toilet was broken, bus stopped at autogrill to let a passenger use restroom. The driver was not announcing stop at terminal 2, so additional time was lost. Another time I took them and it was late as well.
