Really poor experience at Brussels…

Really poor experience at Brussels Charleroi. I had ordered and pay for Fastrack and it simply did not work (the 2d barcode I had printed). I had to revers back though lines to find someone to help and he was able to open the barrier with his badge. Why did it not work? Really stressful and disappointing.

Flexibility

While we cannot control the arrival time of our flights, the departure time is not flexible enough to adjust. I hope we can get on the earlier bus if there are still some available seats.

On time

On time. Driver very friendly. Waits for last minute travellers. You can jump in an earlier bus than forseen or jump in the next one if you'missed yours...So every option is possible with flibco. Thanks to make travelling so pleasant for travellers

A very easy and comfortable way to commute between Charleroi airport and Brussels city centre

Great service both times I used it to commute between Charleroi airport and Brussels. The bus is very comfortable, and the stop is easy to find. The staff was helpful. I was surprised by the punctuality even during peak traffic hours (I had to take the shuttle at 18:20 to arrive at 19:30 at Charleroi airport). All was smooth and easy for the commuting. Also the booking of the tickets on their website was smooth and easy. I just discovered this service and will definitely use it again in the future.

Shuttle arrived to final destination 2 hours later than schedule

I use Flibco service once or twice a month. Departure of the shuttle was scheduled for 1505. Bus arrived 1 hour later. Meanwhile I received 2 messages from Flibco notifying me about the delays. They were quite useful because I could calculate if I had enough time to reach the airport. This time I had a good reserve of time and I waited. If I had less time left to the departure of my flight, I should run and take a train to the airport. Then the bus arrived to Zaventem more of less in time but then the driver had to drive about half an hour in a traffic jam before reaching the highway. The whole trip took almost 4 hours compared to 2 scheduled for the trip. There was a risk to miss the flight.

worst shuttle ever

First of all, the delay was only communicated in small increments of 15 minutes each time, so we didn’t realize it would end up being a full one-hour delay. Because of this, we missed our flight. We then tried to book another bus to return.

However, the ticket purchase didn’t go through, and instead they sent me a promo code even though I had already paid. When I tried to use that code to book again, they asked for an additional €1 as a service fee.

This feels completely unacceptable and irresponsible. If the booking fails again, am I expected to keep paying an extra €1 each time?

Significant delay caused by driver

Significant delay caused by driver error on London → Stanstead Airport shuttle.

The bus arrived late and the driver took the wrong route, causing approximately one hour delay. Despite this operational mistake, the company refuses to issue a refund.

Customer service only provided a generic response claiming the delay was outside their control, which is clearly not accurate.

Very disappointing experience.
