Warning to others using flibco
Warning to others using flibco for Stansted Airport.
I arrived at Stratford Westfield at 05:30 for the 05:40 shuttle, but the bus had already departed early because it was full. A flibco representative told me to request a refund, so I had to buy a National Express ticket to make my flight.
Customer support has still refused the refund. Be careful relying on this service for time-sensitive airport travel.

Great experience
Used the coach to get to and from Frankfurt Hahn airport into and out of the main city for a day trip. Coach was punctual, clean and driver was nice - no delays and simple processing. Would use again and recommend to others!

Double billed, no refund offered
The booking process told me that there had been an error, had to begin again. Turns out that despite the error they had billed my CC.
They send me an email offering me credit for the ticket they did not sold me, but not s refund.
Going to go all the way asking for the refund, the credit is useless because I won't be using them again.
