Di was exceptionally professional and demonstrated absolute attention to detail throughout the entire process. We booked a recent Disney Cruise with Victoria from FC Direct. She was absolutely amazing to deal with and we will definitely be back to book our next holiday with her.

Victoria Butterworth has now been handling my travel for the last 4 years where my wife and I have visited Europe and the Uk each year. More recently I have retired however working back to the UN as a contractor. Previously the UN handled all transportation including flights however I am now responsible for all UN travel. Victoria has already booked her first NY trip. I find Victoria excellent; communicated extremely well, nothing is too difficult and Victoria is just a really nice, caring and professional person. While Victoria remains with Flight Centre my business will remain with FC. Victoria is a star and she needs to be well recognised by FC.

Fiji honeymoon getaway was well organized by Lendl. We gave very short notice but Lendl managed to get everything organized and went smoothly for our family. We got awesome views for 3 separate rooms and loved our experience in Fiji. Difinetly will go through Flight centre again.

Di Nichol has been great in organising our trip to Hawaii. The travel proposal she gave us fitted the brief I gave her perfectly, and her travel expertise included aspects I hadn't thought of. The level of communication and information has been excellent.

Everything was clear, efficient and Victoria was a pleasure to deal with.
She made everything very simple as I do not like organizing holidays as much as just turning up at the airport and everything is done. I recently went on a river cruise to Cambodia and Vietnam and that also was delt with by Flight Centre and going forward I really couldn't see myself dealing with anyone else than this team. Very professional and generally simple.

We came across a great deal that Flight Centre was promoting. However we wanted to fly around the dates available and keep it at a low price. Di was amazing and super patient with us! Flight Centre is our go to and Gemma Woodruff is our No 1 go to. We have always found Gemma to listen to our wants and needs, make excellent choices and opportunities for us and is excellent with communication and price options. We have recently had a hiccup with being sick while away - Gemma was available to offer options and advise us on what is best. She is the best.

Liston is the best Travel expert I have ever come across. He has booked us Mutiple holidays that we have thoroughly enjoyed. He has excellent communication skills, and all his recommendations have been nothing short of amazing. We will continue only using Liston's services as he goes the extra mile for his customers.

Our experience with Liston was 10/10. So quick to send through quotes and different options. He was able to secure great deals. The whole experience was painfree and stress free. When things popped up during our holiday Liston was equally as quick to help us with information we needed and solving a problem with the hotel. We will be back!

She organised flights, accommodation and excursions at relatively short notice at half the cost of a competitors quote!! She had our holiday sorted and confirmed in half a day. We had the BEST time!! My agent (Lendl) was super helpful from find the best priced flights and accommodation, to giving me recommendations, to helping me apply for the refund/compensation when my aeroplane got downgraded at the last minute. I will definitely continue to go back to her for any of my future trips!

Lendl Oosthuizen made our holiday stress free by booking flights, rental cars, excursions and hotels for two months. She gave us great advice and went the extra mile by suggesting things to do in each place we visited. The hotels she booked were in excellent locations. Very easy to work with and excellent communications. We were so happy!
