Flight Centre on Lambton Quay made planning and organizing our trip so much simpler and easier. I felt fully supported in case of delays or cancellations, and always received quick communications if any changes happened. Gianfranco Belloli was a fantastic agent for us - we don’t usually use a travel agency, but GB did a fantastic job of putting our minds at ease, coordinating details, and providing expert level recommendations and coordination for our travel. We could not recommend him higher for any other travelers looking to put together a trip. We are now likely to use Flight Center for all our future travel, provided it’s with GB.

Yvonne Uuka booked our travel to Fiji for us. She was professional, friendly and highly efficient. I don't normally book with agents (usually arrange the travel myself), but Yvonne made it pretty much hassle free.
I didn't feel pressured into any arrangements either and that's important to me.

Yvonne is responsive and engaged - she needed to swing into action to make last minute changes to my itinerary, and found me several options, and was very patient as I kept tweaking my plans.

Yvonne Unka is a wonderful travel consultant. She is meticulous, thinks ahead and follows through so everything goes smoothly. I've had Yvonne book several overseas trips for me and family members. She gives sound advice and finds good prices.

I had a good experience booking my holiday flights and travel insurance with Flight Centre Lambton Quay recently. Gianfranco Belloli assisted me with the booking and he was very friendly and efficient.

Yvonne was easy to communicate with and managed to help us out with a complex itinerary plan. She was also easily reachable and always replied via email if we had any questions or wanted to make any changes to our flights. Also helped that the details/information was printed out for our journey and she informed us of what the requirements were for the countries we visited.
