Great customer service, but I did have to show the agent a better price option I had found by searching (same airline)

We were well prepared and the company kept us well informed. The Warwick Resort was very good. Great location. Excellent staff. We enjoyed snorkelling in the lagoon and appreciated the add ons, e.g. glass bottom boat cruise. On the downside, the bus trip from the airport took nearly three hours, with Friday evening traffic out of Nadi. Free breakfasts but the buffet dinners were quite expensive.

I had to change my travel dates a couple of times because of personal reasons. I was impressed with the assistance of Yvonne Unka from Flightcentre Wellington who always listened and found solutions for my requests.

Yvonne, listened to what I was wanting, looked for cost effective options and was incredibly quick and efficient. Plus she is lovely to deal with. Yvonne made thing very easy and I feel as if I have a really good deal and am well looked after.

It waa a great experience with Daniel Dias from booking, changing flights, upgrading, replies to my inquiries while I was overseas and finally helping me file a complaint with the service of an airline. I highly recommend him and will definitely get in touch with him for my future trips and recommend him to my friends.

I usually book online directly for my families travel needs but had a hunch that Flight Centre might have a trick up their sleeve when I was struggling to get direct flights at a suitable time.
