This is the second tour we have organised with Natalie from Flight Centre, and she has done an excellent job. This trip is to China and Japan, following our previous journey to Egypt and the Singapore Grand Prix, which she also arranged very efficiently. Natalie’s skill in coordinating and booking flights, accommodation, and tours, along with her ability to ensure itineraries run smoothly, has made travelling with her very relaxing for us.

We saw a holiday advertised, that we were interested in. As my wife's birthday fell during the trip, it was going to be a great birthday present (and earn me some 'Brownie Points'). It was close to the offer expiry date, but Natalie worked hard to book us in on the date we had chosen, only to find that tour had been booked out. Natalie researched other dates that this tour was on and found one that was suitable, however, it clashed with other plans we had made. More research by Natalie found another date that suited us even better, as it fell on our wedding anniversary. (I get to keep those Brownie Points after all). After all the changes, we were still able to book our travel just before the offer expired. This was entirely due to Natalie's hard work. If she hadn't done all that research, we would've probably put it in the 'too hard basket', and not bothered with this tour.
