I have booked flights and holidays with Maddi a few times, and find her to be lovely to deal with. She is so pleasant and friendly, while at the same time absolutely professional. Recently, I had to cancel a trip because of a serious illness in the family. Maddi could not have been more helpful and caring. She clearly explained everything involved in cancelling the flights, how the refund process worked, and told me she would be available for any questions I might have in the future. I highly recommend her service!

My flights I wanted were booked incorrectly. This resulted in the loss of my Gold level status with Virgin. This causes much inconvenience when travelling and a financial loss also. Their response was nothing. I'd give zero stars but this system won't let me.
I am now updating my review due to the response below from Flight Centre. Their suggestion is not to trust that the agent will listed to your request, and then carry it out as per your instructions, and I agree. I took the same request to another agent at another store and they did exactly what I asked. I'm not sure why the customer is being made responsible for checking the agent is doing their job properly?

I’m a happy customer and Daisy Lynch from Melbourne flight centre has showed me a excellent examples for flight to multiple city with such a cheap fares that can anyone afford it, Vietnam and Philippines to back to Sydney, excellent service and helpful such a wonderful person and I highly recommend her to all the customers I rate her customer service 110percents, so when going for flights go to flight centre they might look expensive but actually they have packages that people can afford, thank you so much agin Daisy Lynch

Absolutely disgusted.
At 66 ys old, I have flown to sth east asia, sth America,sth pacific islands etc.
Always told straight up whether a visa is needed and for what country.
This time, booked to PNG, get to International airport to b told things have changed, now you need a visa.
What a run around to get an urgent visa.
F.C.refused to put my flight on hold, tried to charge me another $1100 ( original ticket $1400) and put me on the worst flight.
Whoever has heard of a 10 hr flight between Port Moresby and Lae? Normally 55 minutes.
1 of the reasons F.C. is used is too have smooth travel.
I got nothing of the sort.
This trip I have done before.
If I go straight onto internet and book myself, its a $700 flight.
F.C.??
I am disgusted.
Word of mouth will work well with all friends and family and business.
I will never stop telling people how badly I was treated.take my money and too bad for you.
Disgusted.
Book yourself and do all checks yourself for half the price.
Disgraceful customer relations.

I will never book through Flight Centre ever again. They are the worst of the worst! Absolutely ridiculous fees and charges. How can you justify an extra bag fee of $340 from Sydney to Dubbo on a QF Flight!! A flight change from Dubbo to Sydney flight cost me $660! I’m absolutely disgusted. Never ever book with Flight Centre!!

Samantha at Flight Centre was so helpful as we worked out which cruise to take.
I had previously talked to my cruises who had the deal I wanted and they would not let me choose cabins for our group . At Flight Centre Samantha organised exactly what we were after and went out of her way to book in time before the deal ended.

Although I organised this a bit last minute Brooke made the whole holiday flow.
Brooke also let me know that two places in Western Australia are much further apart than they look on a map. Her expertise really helped there too.
I needed an ally to organise the details, and I can't recommend Brooke highly enough.

Ive been on the phone with the FLIGHT CENTRE call centre for over 3 hours to use my credit for a flight. After 2 hours they sent me the itinerary i had chosen 2 hours before with a price to pay, They've had me on hold all the way through for " 3 to 5 minutes" so they can check basically nothing then continually tell me about how sorry they are to keep me on hold.
At this moment the reason Im on hold is because they spelt my name wrong again. Last time it was , " will you pay be credit or debit?" And they went to chack that for 10 minutes then apologised again and here I am... vowing to myself that when he eventually takes my payment , and I actually get my flights by email with the correct name and info, I will never ever use Flight Centre again. These guys are taking the complete piss out of me. Imagine having a job where youre paid by the minute to take the piss. Flight Centre obviously dont care.
