We’ve just returned from an incredible six-week European holiday to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary, and we genuinely could not have done it without Lauren from Flight Centre.

Having never travelled to Europe before, we had only a very rough idea of where we wanted to go, but Lauren guided us through the entire process with endless patience, great suggestions and genuine care.

She helped organise everything and nothing was ever too much trouble. She always kept our budget in mind and provided options that made planning easy and stress-free.

What really stood out was her dedication when the Middle East conflict escalated just weeks before our departure. I emailed Lauren on a Sunday about possible alternative flight routes, fully expecting to hear back on Monday. Instead, she responded that same day and immediately started looking into options for us. Thanks to her quick action, we were still able to take this very special trip.

Jeff Riley is a wonderful Travel Manager. He is responsive and informed and provides good guidance as to travel options and side trips. He is extremely helpful and always brings a positive attitude to his role. He makes the travel experience straightforward and stress free.
