Luxury package
I randomly clicked on an advert for flight centre whilst browsing for a holiday and I got a call back from Peta in Luxury travel. Peta spent some time asking me about what I wanted and came up with a package to Hawai’i. We had lots of communication over the week whilst we planned my trip and I immediately trusted her so booked. A few days before my flight the Cyclone was about to hit QLD, I called Peta as I wasn’t sure we would get our flight out of Brisbane. Peta managed to rearrange our flights and a quick hotel in Sydney to make sure my holiday went ahead as planned. I know she was on the phone for over 2 hours trying to rebook everything so it would still work! Everything went off without a hitch and Peta even arranged for some treats on my birthday via the hotel in Hawaii. Thanks so much Peta for the outstanding service! I’ll be booking with you again 😊

Professional, helpful and understanding Travel Consultant
My Travel Consultant was readily available via email to answer any of our travel questions. She was always communicative, helpful, so very understanding and very easy to deal with. I felt she worked hard to ensure that our travel plans to the Cook Islands for our group of 6 was exactly right for our needs and within our budget. Her customer service skills have been exceptional, both for this trip to the Cook Islands as well as a previous trip to Sri Lanka. I can highly recommend Flight Centre Luxury Travel Experts.
