Roger in the Bundaberg office was fantastic to deal with and understood all my requirements. The bookings were made with ease and efficiency. Gives me peace of mind to deal with an actual person and to have a contact should anything need to be chnaged before we fly. Would totally recommend.

Fiona Blair is very helpful, pleasant, informative, patient and available. I have since booked another cruise / Sydney trip through her.

We highly recommend her professional travel service to anyone planning any sort of adventure.

I am very disappointed with Flight Centre as my Flight was cancelled in March 2026due to the middle east conflict and a full refund request was submitted. However, until today 28/06/26 still waiting for my refund.
The airline confirmed that my refund was released on the 18/04/26. However, Flight Centre is holding my refund for no reason and causing me anxiety and stress.
Definitely, the worst company and will never use it again.

I have already filled in this and said how pleased we were with the staff member who booked everything for us.

Wonderful staff that couldn’t be more helpful made booking a holiday for the first time so simple. Their assistance and patience were much appreciated. Will certainly recommend them to travellers looking to book their first holiday.

Because I booked online I could not get any help from in-person stores, so had to call. And the call centre employees were useless and never helpful.

I wanted to change my flights back, and had to call three times to make this happen.
First time, I was told I had to select flights from the same carrier.
So I went and found flights from the same carrier. Second call, I was told those flights aren’t available.
I look online and find the same flights are still available.
Third call – I have all the information available (including flight numbers). He tells me the flights aren’t available, I literally refresh the website while on the phone and tell him they are still on the Flight Centre website.
After ages, he says he’ll have to call me back. I get a call back hours later saying they can’t change my flights – I argue that no where does it say it can’t be changed, just that it needs to be equal or more. I ask to speak with a manager, manager comes on and all of a sudden; they can change my flights!

Then on the day of my flight Jetstar cancelled their flight, they say they will inform the other carrier, but can’t help me further because I booked through Flight Centre. I call Flight Centre, and after an hour on the phone; they cannot confirm my flight has been cancelled, and even if they did they could not help me get on another flight that day. Meanwhile Jetstar and the other carrier have already automatically booked me in for the next day.

This was my first overseas trip and I thought going through an agent would give me some security. But they only proved to be the problem every step in the way. I will go straight through the airlines in future and tell people to avoid Flight Centre.

Flight Centre business in great location in Toormina NSW. The flashing sign outside showing great deals entices you in. On entry, the staff make you feel welcomed and ready to service you. Jess was terrific.
