I will never use flight centre again booking for 2027! After receiving a gift voucher we went into our local Flight centre to ask on flight advice the advisor I was with did not get to speak as another rep came rushing over and was so rude we decided to go ahead online. This has also been a bad experience, the flight I booked I was told the following day had an error and they wanted me to cancel it and rebook, but I refused as you have to wait 2 weeks for return of funds and then you may not get that flight at the same price.
I did book one nights accommodation on wrong night and following day requested change, I was asked $70 for this and was informed it’s not us it’s hotel charge to do this, so I cancelled it as that’s free and was told funds would be back in 15 days, over month later still not received and guess what it’s not us we have to wait for hotel to return money . So what do flight centre provide nothing really!

I would like to acknowledge and thank Ramin Moeini for his excellent service and professionalism when arranging our flights to the UK. Due to the Middle East crisis we decided to change our flights and Ramin was very patient, taking time to find us the best options to get us to our destination on time for our tours and assisting with the refund process. The hotels he booked for us were excellent. I look forward to his assistance with my future holiday bookings

Tahlia made the booking process easy. I had some flexibility with dates going to NZ and returning.
Small things that helped was the fact that prebooking a specific seat internationally was free, whereas internal flights incurred an extra cost. This is on Air NZ. Travel Insurance was completed at the same time.
The whole experience was quick but not rushed

Terrible customer service,
Went back and forth with an outsourced manila agent who continued to lie to me and change his story and assessment of the situation.
I wasted 1.5 hours, same questions asked over and over again, he'd forget he asked me something then ask me again and change his answer, blame someone else and then deflect.
There is genuinely no point of using flight centre - just book direct through the airline, its cheaper and the airline actually cares about repeat business.

I recently returned from a holiday to the USA, including internal USA flights and it was flawless! This was due to our travel consultant Brittany. My travel plans were complicated and I only had a loose idea of most of it, this was where Brittany came in, she took the time to understand what we were trying to do and made it happen! She lined up everything perfectly and made the booking process a smooth and painless experience. She is warm, friendly and super professional, a hard quality to come by these days!
