Due to family hardships
Due to family hardships, death and health issues I pled to the company for a refund. I understand the company's policy. But was hoping they would have a heart and help us through this hard time. The gift certificate was for my mother. She has had multiple surgeries which made her unable to travel. We were and are unable to use it. My husband lost his job and my father in law passed away. We simply won't be able to use this certificate and really hoped the company would make an exception for us.

You can only book your flights on Flightgifts Website
You can only book your flights in Flightgifts website. The vouchers are incompatible with any other online platforms.
I wanted to book a flight to SA and FlightGifts flights were over £100.00 more expensive than the flights I could find on other platforms. My voucher was for £100.00 so there was no benefit in fact it would have cost me more to book through Flighgifts using my voucher

DO NOT USE!!! If you are an American, I cannot stress enough to not use this company. I was given a $700 e-gift card for a milestone birthday for this company. Due to work/life, I was unable to travel until 2 years later. In America, gift cards--even e-cards--do not legally expire or have a minimum 5 year validity, so I was shocked and sickened to find that my Flightgift card had just expired when I went to book my flight. So all of that money just went to waste. Yes, it is my fault for not noticing the expiration date; but again, in America, the two year expiration would be illegal. The company was rather rude in their response to my inquiry about the legality of the expiration, saying they are based in the Netherlands and basically screw you.

I am furious that I fell for this scam…
I am furious that I fell for this scam - I bought vouchers for my kids as they both had big travel plans this year but on each occasion they have gone to book their flights they have been forced to book via flight gift website where the prices are way higher than booking direct with the airline - so annoyed with myself for falling for this scam - learn a lesson from me and don’t bother - save your money and book direct
Edit since response - as an example, my son found a flight from London to San Diego for £580 on BA website, went to book via your site in order to redeem voucher and the same flight (and same baggage details etc) was £680 making the gift voucher of £200 only worth £100
