If they had 0 I would use it. Wouldn’t advise using this site. Customer Service is non existent. Used the voucher, I have a remaining balance which I tried to use, wouldn’t let me. I contacted Customer Service they told me I had to use the same voucher, I explained it doesn’t work. Customer Service tried passing me off to another department didn’t get anywhere. Now have a voucher I can’t use. Also tried to book a flight which I saw on Sky-scanner, not available on this site. Flights more expensive. Don’t waste your money.

Just one point: I only complain that not all flights are made available by airline companies (as explained by your excellent customer service), maybe you could work on this, as I could have used my gift card to purchase another flight, but even if on the airline company website it was available, it was not on your website.
