Bruce Hayden, my sales assistant is a top class professional who always tries to search and get exactly the flight I want. He has helped over the past few years with some of my flights and I'm absolutely delighted with his support and services.

Bruce organised our trip to New Zealand so efficiently last year (6 of us; 3 generations) that I instinctively returned to him to book another flight today. And he has come up trumps again, not just with the booking but with ancillary advice re a spread of issues.

Chris made me pay extra to be flexible with changing my flight date and time with no charge applied if I wanted
He continued to terrorise me while I was on holiday sending me emails to say that my trip was cancelled when it wasn’t
So I had to call the original airlines to make sure that my trip back is not cancelled

Jasmine was so helpful and very patient in assisting us to find the best possible advance fare for a journey to Sydney in November. On and off, it took us most of the day to resolve this very positively. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I would like to thank Jasmin Allen for arranging the flights to Barbados and back for my friend this week.
