My review was taken off. Don’t book with this crowd….
Dave at flight office was extremely helpful. Especially supporting with flight cancellations due to the issues in UAE.

Scammers .take money and dont have flights.
Quick support from Adam over WhatsApp when I was aboard

I booked a flight with Flight Office 2 months ago and was very happy with the price and the service I received. I then had to cancel at the last minute for medical reasons. Adam Martinez could not have been more helpful in trying to get me a rebooking option and providing documentation for the insurance claim.

Really poor service. Not sure if just a scam or something. Once you book service is non existent. Over charge or no response, you don’t have any options for additional services with the airline. Save your time and money and just book direct

AVOID THIS COMPANY. BOUGHT FLIGHTS AND WAS TOLD TO PAY EXTRA, I REFUSED AND NOW HAVEN’T RECEIVED A REFUND FOR 2 MONTHS.
DO NOT BELIEVE THE FAKE AUTO REPLY THEY DO ON TRUSTPILOT OF NO BOOKING. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
MAKE SURE TO ‘LIKE’ MINE AND OTHERS IF YOU’VE HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE SO IT SHOWS ON MAIN PAGE.
Re: A cancellation
I notified them of my cancellation in November 25 for a business one way LON-BNE. They said it would take 7-8 weeks to get an answer from the Airline. That was Bull Sh*t. I contacted them after 9 weeks and they said the amount I would get back was £1020 as opposed to the airline (after contacting them today) more than triple that. Every time I contact them via WhatsApp or phone, they make an excuse as to why they haven’t paid.
NEVER AGAIN
This company should not be trusted.
I paid for a flight believing the price I selected was confirmed, only to be told afterwards that the ticket price “didn’t exist” and I now had to pay more. This was paired with artificial urgency and pressure tactics designed to make me panic and hand over more money.
They then held onto my money for an unacceptably long time without issuing an e-ticket, leaving me stressed, anxious, and unsure whether I even had a valid booking. The lack of transparency and professionalism was shocking.
I eventually received my e-tickets, but the experience was one of the most stressful booking processes I’ve ever dealt with. No one should have to chase or worry like this after paying. I will never use FlightOffice.co.uk again and strongly advise others to avoid.

Avoid at all costs.
What should have been a simple flight booking turned into an incredibly stressful mess. After I paid, I was told that the ticket price I’d “booked” apparently didn’t exist anymore and I was asked to pay more money. This was done with a lot of pressure and false urgency, as if I had no choice but to immediately agree.
Meanwhile, they happily kept hold of my money and didn’t issue my e-ticket for ages, leaving me in complete limbo and genuinely worried I’d been scammed. And unable to book one elsewhere because I spent the money I had for a ticket with them ! They kept saying I will have my tickets .. by 4pm .. then 8pm.. then by the next morning some time.. etc the whole process felt manipulative and unprofessional.
Yes, I eventually received my e-tickets — but only after unnecessary stress, chasing, and anxiety. Booking flights should not feel like this. I would never use FlightOffice.co.uk again and strongly recommend others stay well clear.

Adam was of great help to resolve an issue I had.
He was polite, patient and efficiently resolved the problem I had.
Thank you.
Like all other recent views suggest, really bad experience with Flightoffice. I booked a flight to be told a day later that the fare is no longer available (they never had it in the first place) and I'd need to pay more. I opted for a refund instead. That was over a month ago. I have been on the phone to them 4-5 times now, and they have given me 4 different refund windows (each time saying there's been an error of some sort), none of which have been fulfilled. Definitely a scam, avoid this company.

Extremely distraught over this company scamming me and a friend - no refund has yet been given even 19 days after cancellation. I paid about £1300 for two tickets to Malaysia, and was then called and asked for £260 more. I refused and they eventually agreed to issue a full refund (after initially demanding £65 each for the refund). I was told on the phone that this would take 5-6 working days. 7 working days later I called, they told me it had been issued and would arrive in 2-3 days. Today it is well over a week since the initial promised refund date, I called again and have now been told that they are having ‘issues with their merchant’ and it will be another 5-6 working days. I am having to accept that I may never get this money back, which is debilitating as a student as well as mortifying that my friend’s money may also have been lost. The plethora of five star reviews here are clearly false and must not be listened to.
I will update if I receive my refund (#FOORD39335) but am not hopeful considering how many reviews about refunds here have gone unupdated.
UPDATE:
My boyfriend spent over an hour on the phone to them, pressuring for the refund to be processed. They eventually gave in and bank transferred it to me - probably decided it wasn’t worth the hassle. Their condition was also that I remove my negative review on TrustPilot, which is probably another reason why the reviews here are overwhelmingly positive.
If I could choose less than one star I would. Where do I start?
We booked our flights through FlightOffice as they appear on google flights as an option. We paid upfront (£1273). The next day we were emailed to say there was a problem with our booking and to call them immediately.
We called to be told our chosen flights (British Airways) are no longer available and were offered a 'better' alternative (China Eastern). They said they can offer the flights for the same price, however while on the phone I was able to check the flights they were offering which were less than £1000. VERY pushy salesperson, too fast to assume we would be taking these flights. No discount offered, even when asked. So I politely said I would like some time to check the alternative options.
That was when I started getting bombarded with calls, emails and even whatsapps!!!
I didnt like this, so I booked with an alternative company and requested a refund (due to them not being able to honour my original booking). It has now been 6 weeks since I booked and still no refund.
I just called them again to request the refund, and they said call again in another week if it hasn't arrived. They were unable to give me a date. Seems like no body is taking accountability...
I might have to raise this further

Just like many others have said — this company is a complete scam.
You book with them and shortly after they call saying you need to pay more (in my case around 25%). They claim you can cancel if you’re not happy, so I asked to cancel. After that, I received multiple calls saying they could price match… then suddenly they couldn’t.
That was over two weeks ago and, unsurprisingly, no refund. I have over £2,000 at stake, which makes this situation even more unacceptable. Emails are being ignored and customer service has completely disappeared.

This is a joke of a company, I paid 950 dollars for my flight and they were telling me I had to pay an extra 300 to keep this flight. Even though I could find the flight for 980 on the actual airlines website. I asked for a refund of the 950 and booked via another website. This was over a month ago and I still dont have my refund. Trying to contact the customer service is impossible with the staff hanging up soon after I give my order number. Had to go through the bank to raise a dispute.
