Absolutely crap! Will not be using Booking.com ever again!! This foreign, third party service should be banned. I was told by Gotogate it would be $X more to change my flight (even with a flexible ticket) ok, i paid annd anll good right ?? after 3 days of no contact, no confirmation etc I FINALLY CALLED THEM!! and they said they were looking into it… What a bunch of BS. They finally came back to me and said the airline itself wanted to $210 more to change the flight. How, in this day and age can this level of incompetence exist?!?! Goodbye Booking.con

Gotogate say Goto...
I booked some flights 6 months ago with Booking.com, including a sizeable fee for being allowed to change a flight. When I needed to change a flight time (4 weeks prior) and "chatted" with Booking.com (when their portal was working) they couldn't change anything themselves. I then got an email from "Gotogate working with Booking.com" saying there were no alternatives available. Checking with the airline, there were hundreds. Gotogate said change the booking direct. The airline say as it is an agent-booking they cannot. Catch 22.
My option may be to buy a new ticket and sue Booking.com. Avoid both these firms if you can.

The worst experience. It's a scam. Very bad customer service. Requested for my flight date to be changed after the airline change the flight time a month before. Rang in daily for this be amended ,each time you speak to a "different agent" ,have to explain yourself everytime. Answer is always it has been escalated to the support team. This so called support team has no number, email, and would not be transfered to a supervisor or manager. All this despite the fact that I had a flexible ticket . Frustrated I requested a week before the flight for it to be cancelled ,but same old tricks as the played for time. No cancellation no refund. Gotogate is the worst agency to book your flight with
