My flight to Frankfurt was canceled and I had to make changes. I contacted Booking at least three times and asked for help. I got through to the SCHEDULE CHANGE DEPARTMENT and was assured I was a priority. That was over a week ago. It was frustrating considering I had to make changes to my hotels. I got through to Lufthansa and found a reservation person who worked with me to get the changes corrected. I have yet to hear from BOOKING. With all the choices to use, why would I consider BOOKING in the future?

Sorry to report that the first agent I contacted spoke so quickly that their English (?) sentences were unintelligible to me and the Australian (?) phone number they gave me could not be reached. I had to call a second time to the same support number and got another agent who provided the needed support service without any difficulty.
Flexible ticket not honored
I paid extra for the flexible ticket. When I went to make a change in plenty of time they wanted to chrge me again the price of a new ticket. The flexible ticket is advertised and only costing additional if there is a fare increase--this was not the case as the price I booked with the airline directly had actually gone down. I also had to call customer service multiple times. This was a terrible experience

Quick resolution
One of my flight reservations at Booking.com wasn't reflected on the app, so I called to find out why. The problem was resolved quickly, and the reservation is now showing correctly. I experienced very little wait time for a customer service rep, and the person who helped me understood the problem and worked quickly to resolve it.
