Experience was great even though it was a bit scary waiting for the ticket confirmation since it took a couple of days. Daizy was fantastic and very helpful and reassuring and I am very delighted. Would recommend using this in booking next trip

On November 13thI searched for tickets through Daizy and since this was my first time buying tickets without going directly online, I was very difficult to work with. I kept asking her to repeat things or genuinely didn't understand something. What I want to say is that Daizy calmly and thoroughly explained to me what I needed to do. She had the patience and endurance to see it through. I'll definitely be booking my next tickets through her. Sincerely, Lidiya Markus

I booked a flight for myself and wanted to add my daughter. Yet couldn’t find the same flights. I called and could not understand what the man was saying to me. While I was on hold, I started reading the reviews and suspected it was fraudulent. I the told him that I want to cancel my flight that was not yet processed. He the kept saying “hello…..hello.” Then we lost connection. I very suspicious and have not received an email, as he said I would.

Daizy Scott deserves the best and should be awarded the title “staff of the exceptional excellence” for the exceptional service provided in ticketing our flights.

This is a fraudulent travel agency & fraudulent website as well. Observe below points:
1. Offers highly discounted rates on offers page but the moment you select an option adds conditions later
2. Check the rate calculation - base rate on the booking page - huge discount of around 50% applied usually on base rate
3. There is no review page to submit the order the moment you click on "Continue" button all info is collected and order is submitted without review and confirmation, no submission required... also make a note of PNR generated - that not even real PNR. Also the ticket offer details does not state carry-on details clearly either
4. Right after you will receive a call from an agent with respect to above order submission that those tickets are not available and you need to upgrade by paying higher rates --- obviously true because Flight Hall cant honor the price they have the strategy of Bait & Phish.
THE LAST POINT:
Their customer support supervisors are arrogant, full of bad mouth yelling at you and will advise "looks like you have never travelled before in an airline" and don't know how to book a ticket. Plus your ticket will never be booked it will be in Progress State until some agent from Flights Hall speaks to you... you are never sure.
