Excellent Customer Service
I made reservations that had to be changed and the tickets were in my nieces name and only her contact information. Flightshall could recognize from my phone number which tickets I had purchased and quickly made the change. The staff was very courteous and professional. I was very impressed with their services!

This was my first time using Flights hall
This was my first time using Flights hall. I was concerned after the booking was complete. The booking was cancelled quickly because my credit card company did not recognize there company and I did not see this quickly enough even though they did email me about this. They do multiple charges including the airline. They refunded my CC within a few days.
After recieving the refund and understanding there process we re-booked and the process went very smoothly. Jessica was great and helped completed our booking and also helped with the seat assignments as best as she could with the airline.
Price for our trip was very good compared with booking directly with the airline. I would recommend this company and I will use them again.

Great customer service
Going through the initial reservation screen was a simple process as I had been on other sites trying to find flights. I was amazed how quickly things went for me. I quickly got a response on my reservations. I did have corrections to do and Sophie helped me through the steps. She was nice, very patient and alleviated my concerns in no time. This is what is needed in customer service!

MY FIRST EXPERIENCE
My first esperience in 2022 was supper great and the price was excellent. However, the price this time was expensive. EVA though was very good. I wish the price had stayed the same as I saw on the website but time was not on my side so I had to buy it.

Easy to use and your customer service is A+. One thing, fix your DOB (I put in January 31, and it kept coming up January 30) and add a confirm purchase button as I tried to fix the birthdate thing and it kept purchasing tickets for me. .
