I wanted to commend Flightstore and in particular "Mitchell" who has helped me recently. I had a problem with a Garmin watch which my wife had bought me as a gift. It started to malfunction and despite multiple attempts to fix it I was unable to get it working properly. It was out warrantly but with the great support and help of Mitchell over several weeks he was able to get Garmin to give me a new watch! Great support. Thanks Flight Store and thanks Mitchell!

Unprofessional. We have been doing business with Pilot communications for over 15years since Tony Green sold his business to flight store we tried to order parts and they gave us the run around for the last 4 weeks. We made numerous calls to follow up on the invoice so we can make payment and was told the same thing it’s on our list of things to do. Very disappointing we will take our business elsewhere.

Do not order anything online. I had to pay return postage on wrong item sent, then secondly postage for the correct item. They told me their website is slow and made errors as they have so many items listed, never heard an excuse so ridiculous!
I would rate less than 1 star if…
I would rate less than 1 star if possible. Terrible customer service experience in addition to being lied to and misled. I am now out of pocket and they are in possession of the item. There are plenty of other far more honourable retailers out there.

Best pilot shop I have shopped in to-date.
I first heard about this pilot shop. From the guys at JB Hifi. In Sydney airport. I was just coming home from a fantastic week of flying at Bankstown. And was told by a pilot there a couple of things. That the. Bose, A 30, had just been released. And. Garmin had a fabulous watched called the D2. Mach 1
Boarding my flight from Sydney to the Gold Coast. At 1600. I figured; I'll give these guys a ring. Found the number, gave him a ring. Explained. It's Friday night. I'm on my way home from Sydney. I really have my heart set on this watch. Is any chance I could buy it? The bloke there. (Sorry, my memory sucks. ) Said listen mate. I will wait for you. How's that sound? I said deal. Jumped on the plane got to Gold Coast. Jumped in my Ute. Headed up the Gold Coast highway. In all the wrong directions because my. Google navigation. Was set to walking. An hour and a half goes by. Old mate calls me. Asks “are you still coming”. I said yeah, man, I'm stuck at Smith Street. He gives me awesome directions. 25 minutes later I'm in the shop. He had the D2 ready as a demo so I could see it. And gave me a new one in the box. I got the titanium one. Then we started talking about suitable. In aircraft. Garmin portable navigators. He had all the time in the world for me. Very patient. Very easy to talk to. Gave me heaps of tips. Also gave me freebies. This is by far the best pilot shop I've ever been to. This man waited up two to three hours past closing time. Perfect. Customer service. I got more information than I bargained for. And I'll be shopping there again, absolutely. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Terrible customer service sent a light back twice for not charging (had to pay for shipping) and both times they said there was nothing wrong with it turns out charger was broken the whole time after i sent it to actual professionals
