Customer service was excellent. The glasses I was looking for had been back ordered from the company for quite awhile. I’m so happy I decided to wait it out with Flight sunglasses. Steve kept me informed every step of the way and when they arrived they were perfect!

I bought a set of prescription lenses for my Serengeti Velocity frames. I was unable to mount the lenses myself. I sent TWO pairs of Velocity sunglasses to them to move the lenses from one frame to the other and mount the prescription lenses in the first frame. It took them one day to do this and they had my sunglasses shipped back to me the next day.

I was ready for a new pair of Serengeti prescription sunglasses. My previous pair of Serengeti small aviators that are 10 years old are still in great shape, but there are some minor scratches on the lenses. I contacted Flight Sunglasses and found I could now get new Serengti with mineral glass lenses, which I believe my previous pair has. They don't scratch like plastic lenses do.
Anyway, I wanted progressive lenses, and Steve sent me a pair of frames so I could take pictures and he could determine where my pupils were in relation to the lenses. I took several pictures, and he had me take more with suggestions to make sure all the measurements were accurate.
I received my glasses yesterday and they are perfect. I believe they're even better than what the local eye glass stores do.
Unfortunately Serengeti doesn't replace lenses in their older frames that have been discontinued, so I sent another pair of Strata frames to Flight Sunglasses to have the triplex progressive lenses made. We did the same procedure of taking pictures, and am still waiting for those to be sent back, but I'm confident those will be perfect as well.
I highly recommend Flight Sunglasses, just make sure you listen to them when taking pictures. When they say they have what they need, rest assured the prescription will come back perfect.
As for price of Serengeti, if you can make them last ten to twenty years, as I do, the price per year is about $40.
Take care of them and they'll last for a long long time.

I have been wearing Serengeti sunglasses with the bronze drivers lenses for years! The drivers lenses are amazing. I have finally decided to order prescription lenses and after talking to the RX representative at Serengeti, I was referred to Flight Sunglasses! Trish and Steve were amazing! We were so amazed with the professional service we also ordered a pair of prescription glasses for my wife as well as two more non prescription glasses in the exact same style! They send the order to Serengeti along with the prescription and exact dimensions provided by photographs and information from our optometrist! I’m so excited to receive my glasses with the confidence of their attention to detail, they will be exactly as ordered!!

I recently placed an order for a pair of prescription Randolph Aviators, and within two hours (on a Sunday), the owner called to discuss a compatibility issue with the sunglasses and my high index prescription.

He was super friendly, patient, and had a great solution ready for me. He also helped me get into another pair of Randolph’s that I couldn’t previously find prescription options for.

In addition to this, he helped me figure out the proper sizing.

Nice Serengeti sunglasses ordered. Very good communication and within 4 working days delivered. They have a lot of different types, also glasses available which are already not available anymore in Europe.
