Flight Sunglasses are the real deal. After my experience with Steve and Trish, I would never shop anywhere else. Their knowledge base is deep and practical — when I recently shattered a lens from my favorite pair of (discontinued) Serengetis, they were able to offer multiple smart solutions, from stylish modern versions to replacement lenses for my 25 year old frames. Try that at a big box retailer. I never write reviews but my experience here was impressive — it's hard to find this level of courtesy and professionalism. Spread the word.

Just received my Serengeti Matera driver gradient sunglasses. It was like meeting and old friend after many years of absence couldn't be happier. I had bought a pair of Serengeti aviators over 25 yrs ago that lasted at least 20 yrs. That being said, living in Canada, Serengeti's all of a sudden were no where to be found . So settled for a pair of Maui Jim's, although nice glasses in my opinion no comparison to Serengeti's for driving. Then after a very long search, I came upon your website, watched some of the videos, and made a call last Sunday to inquire about getting a pair of Serengeti's to Canada. Amy, provided awesome customer service, answered all my questions and helped me make an educated choice on the Matera 8728. I mentioned I was hoping to get them this week as I am going on a driving trip next week. The shipment was very fast. They arrived in two business days The sunglasses fit great ( non polarized) and as soon as I put them on it was like having my original Serengeti's all over again . I couldn't t be happier. For anyone that owned Serengeti driver gradients , they will know what I am talking about, they are simply the best and there would be a great demand again in Canada that currently is not being fulfilled by Serengeti at the moment. If I could give this company more stars I would have! I’ve shopped online for years and by far —— this company provided me platinum service.

I live in Canada and when the glasses got stuck in customs, they called and got the duty paid and then got FEDEX to deliver the package without me having to go to the depot and pick them up. They also called me continuously to keep me updated.

Excellent service from Flight Sunglasses. I sent a question through their web form and received an answer within 15 minutes. I submitted an order on a Friday afternoon, and they actually shipped within 1/2 hour. They said 6-10 business days for shipping to Canada, and it arrived in 3 business days. The shipment also included an extra microfiber cloth and lens cleaning solution in a travel kit.

The Serengeti Matera with Drivers Gradient lenses are very high quality with excellent visual clarity.

I had a pair of Randolph aviators that I had been wearing a while. I started to need a reader prescription to see things up close, including my IPad during flight. Randolph's website gave me two options for prescription lenses and I reached out to Steve at FlightSunglasses.com first. Steve answered the phone and provided all the reassurance and information I needed. I placed my order on-line and sent in my glasses. Steve started to get things going on his end to have everything in place when my frames arrived so I could get my completed glasses back ASAP.

Needless to say I'm very happy with the outcome! Steve provided an excellent product and great service.

I ordered prescription Randolph Engineering Aviators. I included my prescription and selected the 55mm frames. I got a message from Steve asking if I was sure about the size, considering my prescription would usually match a 52mm frame better. I looked at my regular glasses and re-did some measurements, and sure enough, he was right. I asked for it to be changed to the 52mm frame. They arrived shortly after, and I couldn't be happier.

Ordered a prescription pair of Randolph Aviators. Not only was customer service great, the owner answered my emails himself. Great communication and customer service. Additionally, these glasses are top notch quality. You can feel the difference as soon as you touch them. Amazing quality and clarity. I have always ordered Oakley’s, but these are way better.

Steve and his team were excellent to work with. I ordered two pair of prescription Maui Jim. When arrived, it was clear something was not right with the prescription. Due to planned travel, it was over a month before I was able to get back to the optometrist. The glasses had the prescription as written, but a re-exam indicated a problem with the first prescription. Glasses were returned to flightsunglesses and new glasses were sent with the correct prescription. All at no cost. Steve and his team are always available, super prompt on replies to questions, yielding impeccable customer service!

Well, I'll be honest, when I first saw Flight Sunglasses I thought it was too good to be true- maybe even a scam, but at the end of the day Steve was able to track down the last of the Vaurnet 1613 Nightlynx series for me, despite being out of stock EVERYWHERE.

Flight Sunglasses pulled off the impossible, swiftly shipping internationally, they delivered me an out of stock set of Vaurnets that I am enjoying wearing while typing this.

I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a rare pair of quality sunglasses- and I would definitely shop here again.

Such a great experience! Steve was so helpful when the frame/lens combination I wanted was not offered in prescription. Rather than just say they couldn’t do it, he ordered the frames and then special ordered a 3rd party lens and customized them to look exactly like the ones I wanted. I am thrilled with the result and with the customer service. It did take a minute for them to get to me, but good things take time and it was worth the wait.

Initially the wrong item was dispatched, but on instructions from the seller I refused acceptance with "return to sender". The correct item was dispatched without any additional charges and received promptly in good condition in Lagos, Nigeria. I was regularly updated by the seller throughout the entire process.

Just received my prescription Randolph sun glasses from Flightsunglass. These are terrific, great lenses, clear and sharp. I own Maui Jim and I would say these lenses are better. Of course the Randolph frames are fantastic.
