CAVEAT EMPTOR!

If I could give this company no stars I would've.I planned a family trip to Nigeria in December with my family of five and, in an effort to avoid peak season ticket prices, I contacted this travel company in February. They offered a “Book Now, Pay Later” option, requiring a £50 deposit per person to secure our seats, with the understanding that the remaining balance would be paid in July.

However, when July arrived and we attempted to pay the outstanding balance, the company became completely unresponsive. Our calls repeatedly went to voicemail, and we struggled to get any clear information. When we eventually reached someone, we were told that the airline had not provided a booking reference and we needed to wait another two weeks.

After waiting, we spoke to an advisor, who advised us to purchase new tickets entirely, suggesting this would help avoid further delays and disappointment. Unfortunately, by then, the ticket prices had increased by £400 per person, making them completely unaffordable and defeating the original purpose of securing tickets early.

In the end, we were left with no choice but to pay the very high prices we tried to avoid from the beginning. Despite paying deposits months in advance, we were left disappointed and out of pocket.

This experience has been extremely frustrating and has raised serious concerns about the legitimacy and practices of this company. I strongly urge others to exercise caution.

I found them on instergram, contacted them . From stqrt to finish i was given options and guided along the way of my option. Eventually i booked , paid a deposit, we had issues along the line, i was offered other options and not not told we shall refund your money, then left to handle the rest on my own. Tom Latham attended to me , he was very patient too

I am writing to formally request a refund of £150 due to your failure to uphold the terms of the agreement made with me regarding my recent booking.

The details of the agreement were clearly outlined at the time of purchase, and I entered into the transaction in good faith, relying on your stated terms and conditions. Unfortunately, Flight Way Limited has not fulfilled the obligations as agreed, and as a result, I have suffered inconvenience and financial loss.

Given this failure to meet your commitments, I am requesting an immediate refund of £150. Please process this refund to the original method of payment within 7 working days from the date of this email. If there are any additional steps required from my side to complete this request, kindly let me know without delay.

I have been scammed of £50

I attempted to book a flight to Lagos Nigeria with Flights Way Ltd. I travel often to the same destination and I have used different companies like Hoodaki and TravelHouse who had proved reliable. Flights Way advised my flight will cost £602 with Air Peace on 30th April, 2025. I was required to pay a deposit of £80 but because it would be my first time of using this company, I offered to pay £50 and it was accepted. After payment, I was advised to pay £552 as balance on 7/6/2025. I have the email confirmation from on Tom Latham, a senior consultant. I did not receive a link to complete the payment on 7/6/2025 so I called all the numbers available to me without any success. I have been calling up until this morning without success. Since I have to travel on 23/7/2025, I have had to book the same flight with another company. Now they are not picking the calls to arrange my refund. Other reviews seem to confirm that I've been defrauded.

I was scammed of £80

I was scammed of £80, I wanted to fly to Abuja from London, I got a booking for a BA flight, I was requested to pay £80 as a deposit and then pay the balance on a certain date, the date arrived and I didn't get a link to pay, I called the office to ask and they said they are having issues with the BA site, I called again the next day and they said the same thing, after 5 days I decided to purchase a ticket from an airline, I called to inform them and that I need a refund of my deposit, the person I spoke to said I should call back after I get back from my trip, I did that and they said the "refund department" are on my case and I would get a refund, now my calls are never picked and my messages are never replied. Very poor service .

I followed what you asked me to do, I sent an email and never got a response, I have no ideas why it's so hard to refund £80. I would report your company to my bank as a fraudulent company
