Very easy and user-friendly and free.

Fliki has a clean and well-organized interface that is easy to use.

However, there are many problems with the features and customer service.

I was using the service to make YouTube videos.

I wanted to use text-to-video. However, I didn't want to use an AI voiceover. I was recording the voiceover myself.

You cannot use their text-to-video unless you use an AI voiceover.

Therefore, I had to use the Edit or Record flow options.

The Record option allows you to record your voiceover yourself directly at Fliki. However, you can't pause. You must record the whole thing in one go. And you can't edit when it's complete other than trimming the end or the beginning.

The Record option transcribes your audio and it is supposed to generate video.

It does transcribe, but it makes mistakes.
It does not generate video. It will break up your audio into scenes. But no video. You must manually go to each scene and generate b-roll.

The Edit flow option allows you to upload a voiceover that you have recorded elsewhere. Then it transcribes that audio into text and breaks that text into scenes.
And it cuts your audio into sections to match your scenes.

It is supposed to generate b-roll for each scene, but it doesn't always. You may have to do some scenes manually.

The AI is fair at pulling video and matching it to your audio. But not always great. About 75% of video footage has to be done manually because the videos chosen are not a good match. This is very time-consuming.

Their choices of video clips are limited in comparison to some other services I have used. But adequate.

The biggest problem with Edit flow is that when it cuts your audio into scenes, it messes up your audio.

It cuts off words at the end of a scene and makes the audio sound choppy. In some videos, it may have two or three cut-off choppy sections, and in other videos, I had 13, which made the video completely unusable.

When I went to support with this issue, I was told I would hear back shortly. But then another response said it would be a while longer. They never got back to me. I emailed support a couple more times. I posted on their Facebook page, but they completely ignored me.

Which brings us to another big issue. Tech support is hit or miss. Sometimes they respond, but more often than not they blow you off.

They did the same thing when I tried to get help with the Record flow issues.

Another really big problem with Fliki is that for both the Record and Edit Flow options when the system transcribes your audio into text, it does not hyphenate words that should be hyphenated. The text it transcribes is used for your subtitles. That means all your subtitles have many misspelled words because they lack hyphenation. This looks very unprofessional.

Recently they added the option to edit your subtitles. That means you must go through your entire video subtitles and hyphenate everything manually. This takes hours. I expressed dissatisfaction with support at how cumbersome and time-consuming this is and they indicated they had no intention of fixing it.

First of all, you would think they could very easily make the system insert hyphens where they belong. I mean how hard can it be to make AI spell properly? Other service providers have managed to do so.

Plus, it is very time-consuming to have to do that anyhow. It really should be done for you. It's just part of basic spelling and grammar.

Also in the Edit workflow when it transcribes audio and cuts it into scenes, the scenes are way too large. The scenes need to be shorter. Plus sometimes it cuts a scene in the middle of a sentence.

So, in conclusion, the Record and Work flow options at Fliki are a big disappointment and sub-par services that they shouldn't even be charging for. And so is customer service/tech support.

I basically threw away several months of money because I was only able to create 3 videos. Most of my time was spent dealing with all the problems. I didn't even use half of my credits.

I really wanted to use this service but I had to give up.

After signing up, we continue with the free plan, but when we want to download the video we prepared, you force us to purchase it. This is a scam.

The company is super lazy with paying out affiliate commissions by paypal. I had to write to them multiple times.

i created 6 malay voice over to be use for my short video with less than a hour. i am satify with the output. Its easy to use with great output even using free version. Love it.

Disappointing Experience with Fliki Tool

I’ve been using Fliki for the past 2 months, and unfortunately, my experience hasn’t been great. While the tool promises to help create short animations, it seems more geared towards marketing than actual creative video production. The pricing is quite steep for what it offers, and after using it extensively, I don't think it justifies the cost.

The biggest issue I faced was that the videos didn’t align with the scripts I input, which led to frustration and wasted time. Overall, I don’t personally recommend Fliki—it hasn't met my expectations and hasn't delivered as promised.

Its a very usefull ai tool, i use this alot. Strongly recommended.

Its a great app to use. I am new to it so still trying to find my way around it. But so far its been really great to use and easy as well

Worst experience
OK I registered for a month to test. But I didn't do much credit flied.
Indian founded services never were positive with me, unfortunately.
Worst case. Wasted my mony

I subscribed to Fliki AI because they advertised that their AI-generated videos are royalty-free and suitable for commercial use.

However, after purchasing, I discovered that many of the videos include copyrighted content and cannot be legally used on platforms like YouTube.

I also tried to contact their support team, but I received no response at all. There was no help, no refund, no communication.

This platform misleads users and sells promises it doesn't deliver.

A complete waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs!
