I had one year subscription and I didn't want to continue. In my account shows that I have no subscription at the moment but they still trying everyday to charge me $336 for a standard account. I have sent them more than six emails with screenshots from my Fliki account that I dont have an option to cancel my subscription, but no response other then "Sorry to see you go, please cancel your subscription". No customer support touch, just trying again and again to charge my account. Be careful. Despite that the Fliki is operating under the Nine Thirty Five LLC incorporated in Delaware to attract investors and portfolio and become more credible, the team might be outside US.

Really easy to use, good results although not very natural some times. Very nice the usage of background music, many voices from many countries, even. It produces high quality audio in the end.

I purchased Fliki's annual plan (€176,90, approximately $193 USD) on November 2, 2025 at 8:00 PM CET. The service failed immediately upon first use with an error message telling me to "contact support."

Timeline of disaster:
November 2, 8:25 PM CET - First support email with error screenshots
Result: No response
November 3, 6:51 PM CET - Second email after 17 hours of silence, service still broken
Result: No response
November 4, 5:25 PM CET - Third email with formal refund request citing EU consumer law
Result: No response
November 6, 7:00 AM CET - FIRST response after nearly 4 DAYS
The "solution" they offered?
Convert my annual plan to monthly and refund the difference (partial refund only).

Let me be clear: I have NOT used even one second of this service. It never worked from the moment I paid. Their system malfunctioned immediately, and their support team was completely unresponsive for 4 days.

Why this is unacceptable:

1. Service was never delivered - I paid for a working product that never functioned
2, Support was non-existent - 4 days to respond is disgraceful for a paid service
3. Refund policy violates EU law - Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have 14 days to cancel online purchases and receive full refunds, especially when the digital service is not delivered as promised
4. Zero accountability - They blamed "email deliverability issues" instead of taking responsibility

What I'm doing now:
✅ Filed formal refund request with deadline (November 7, 4:00 PM CET) - IGNORED
✅ Filing chargeback dispute with my bank (Mastercard)
✅ Submitting complaint to EU consumer protection authorities
✅ Publishing this warning across multiple platforms
✅ Full documentation with timestamps and screenshots preserved

My advice: Stay away from Fliki. There are better alternatives that actually work and have functional customer support:

- Pictory
- Descript
- Runway
- InVideo

Don't waste your money like I did. When a company shows you who they are, believe them. Fliki showed me they don't care about customers, don't respond to support requests, and won't honor basic consumer rights.

Very bad! They did not refund my money even though i subscribed 1 hours ago and didnt even export anything generated! I was learning how fliki works and after 70 minutes they counted them from my 180 minutes credit/mo i just was tetsing how the edit works and just listned to the Ai generated video in preview to see the quality and its performance but they just wipe 70 minutes without even exporting! Scam

Fliki started out promising, but the system failed more than once.

The AI voices skip words often, wasting credits every time I have to regenerate scenes.

They refused to restore credits or refund money when their system fails, and their customer service is poor, slow, and unhelpful.

Fliki is good for create videos, I really like Fliki

Its very easy to make videos, and there are many options to curate your video and make them unique.

I've recently started using the app and I must say the speed and accuracy is on point. Loving the new way forward.

Fliki has very bad support, they don't respond to any requests via email. After 3 days, I still haven't received any response.

Very helpful! I did an assignment for my computer tech class, and it did the job!

Terrible support! the docs are ioutdated & broken so you have to find a solution for yourself. Support doesn't answer after you find a problem. they only send you links to the broken doc!
