I had a very frustrating experience with Fliki and would not recommend it.

I uploaded my audio generated from ElevenLabs, expecting the platform to create a usable video around it. Unfortunately, the video rendering was completely useless. The visuals did not align properly, the output quality was poor, and the final result was not something I could use professionally.

What makes it worse is that I still have 150 credits left on my account, but they’re essentially useless because the rendered videos don’t meet even basic quality standards.

When I contacted support to request a refund, explaining that the product did not work as expected, they refused. For a paid service, this lack of flexibility and customer consideration is extremely disappointing.

Overall, the combination of poor rendering quality and refusal to issue a refund makes this a service I regret purchasing. I would advise others to be cautious before spending money here.

The layout of creating video shorts is straight forward for newbies, the design options have enough stock to generate your creativity

Easy to use especially for beginners. As a current user I am looking forward to additional updates such additional templates and more ways to generate AI videos.

I strongly advise against using Fliki if you care about output quality, reliability, or customer support.

Every single video generated by Fliki contains gibberish or random pseudo-text artifacts embedded in the visuals (in 2026..). This is not a minor issue. It completely breaks the videos and makes them unusable for any professional or commercial purpose.

We are in 2026. Modern image and video generation models solved this problem a long time ago. Random fake text in AI visuals is a known, solved issue long ago on many models, yet Fliki still produces videos that look amateurish and unprofessional.

This is not an edge case. It happens on every video.

I explicitly requested:
Use of newer generation models only
Proper functionality via API and Make.com automation
Complete elimination of gibberish artifacts, which is a bare minimum expectation
None of these requests were addressed.

Extremely poor customer support - This is where Fliki completely fails and this is a complete disaster.

I reported these issues in mid-December and followed up repeatedly:

After 5 days

After 8 days

After more than 2 weeks

After over a month

The responses I received were limited to generic, copy-paste messages and automated replies claiming the issue was forwarded to the team. Promised response times of 24–72 hours were never honored. After that, communication stopped entirely.

As of now, I am a paying customer who has been ignored for over a month (!).

- Unusable video output
- Outdated and low-quality AI results
- Copyright risks
- No meaningful customer support (actually no customer support, period).
- Paying customers ignored for weeks

This is amateur-level execution presented as a professional AI product.

Do not trust this platform with your time, money, or production workflows. There are significantly better alternatives available with modern models and real customer support.

Fliki is not ready for serious or professional use.

Its a really good ai to create your own video ideas by simply entering a script and edit how you want the video to be. I am looking forward to create more videos soon.

Using the free version for a while, its great and gets what i want done. Would highly recommend!

I am really impressed with Fliki, especially when it comes to the quality of the production.

Amazing tool, much useful to us

The system often crashes and technical support is not willing to solve problems. I used it for a year. I definitely do not recommend it.
