My husband passed away unexpectedly. I had no idea where to start or what was involved in arranging his funeral, the thought terrified me.
The funeral director i chose was perfect and I am really glad I went with them, so helpful and guided me through the whole process, which I was very grateful for.
I had never been to Flintshire Memorial Park & Crematorium, but what a lovely place, everything went like clockwork and I couldn't have asked for a better service, the crematorium is spacious and airy and very calming, if you can be calm on a day like this. Overall I can honestly say that they turned a daunting experience into a lovely memory and send-off for my husband.

Beautiful venue, light, quiet and peaceful. The grounds are idyllic off a quiet Northop road. Lots of attention to detail and the staff were kind and considerate.

I am writing this on behalf of my wife, as (for obvious reasons) I dealt with the arrangements for her mothers passing. In association with J Knowles Funeral Services, Flintshire Memorial Park and Crematorium were exemplary. The setting, building and delivery media, made the service much easier on my family; allowed us to say incredibly personal goodbye and pay tribute to a loved family member. I really cannot praise both highly enough.

Difficult time with the added difficulty of covid- the venue was excellent, understanding staff, service not rushed, and very accommodating with music choices

Beautiful building!

The building is so serene, the room is beautifully lighted up in several colours.
This is the best crematorium I have ever been too!
The outside is decor is breathtaking.
Carpark is large and roomy for plenty of car.

Everything went smoothly and was very respectful and dignified.

Service conducted during Covid-19 exceptional times.
The service room was spotless and appropriate sanitising facilities were provided in the foyer.
Although only a very small group, we weren’t made to feel we were any less important than a full affair. Undertaker & officiator ran things really well in difficult times.
Floral tributes outside were lovely to see, unexpected as assumed things would be kept away from mourners so nice to appreciate.

Excellent service lovely settings the allowance of mourners to stand outside and still be a part of the service and the live streaming allowed our sister in Australia to be there with us and family members who couldn't travel due to the pandemic you made a very traumatic day run smoothly thankyou with all our hearts

This venue was a in beautiful setting and very peaceful, despite this being a funeral during lockdown and a smaller service it was perfectly done we were able to do our own video reel through there service which we got to pick our order of them. They also provided a live stream of the service to family members and friends who were unable to attend the service due to restricted numbers.
We were also able to have our local catholic priest to officiate the service due to churches being closed which allowed us to keep as close to my nans wishes as possible for how she wanted she wanted her funeral to be.

Excellent service nothing was too much trouble, accommodated all our needs. All the staff were very friendly and kept us informed Mrs L Jones.
