A beautiful restful place for the service to be held. Glad we chose this place.

From the start we were treated with great respect and understanding. We were allowed to say what we wanted and advised very professionally as to what would be suitable and also some ideas we had not thought of.
They were very accommodating to the changes we kept 'throwing' at them.

Could be a larger area for some funeral services but on this occasion it was fine.

The venue and setting are beautiful.
I chose a humerus service and it couldn’t have gone any better.
I also chose to have the visual picture and music slide show which were amazing, and easy to set up via the link that was sent to me.

The service given to us was professional, efficient and they are willing to cater for all our requirements.

This Crematorium is one of the best in the area. The staff are always very friendly and helpful.

As a trained and experienced Funeral celebrant I officiate services at many crematoriums but I must say that Flintshire Crematorium is one that I would fully reccommend. Aled and his dedicated team are simply wonderful and genuine down to earth people who prioritise families needs.

The staff at the memorial park are polite, helpful and compassionate. My husband's service was, people have told me, one of the nicest they had ever been to. This was helped by technology of having photos displayed on tv screens. I also purchased a memorial tree in the gardens at Northop crematorium and when I interred the ashes the staff were dignified and took time to find out exactly what I wanted. The gardener stood back until we had finished our private service and completed the tree so we could go back again to pay our last respects. Altogether a good experience for a very sad event.

As a Humanists UK Celebrant I am always delighted to conduct a service at Flintshire. You always feel that you have exclusive use, which of course you have for one hour, and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. A very professional service by a great team.
