Delivery not on time and no response on their mails
Hi,
I was very unhappy with my experience as I was told that my products will reach me in 2 days time which was not so.
I have sent several mails to inform you that my products should have been delivered early morning but unfortunately this was not done and I never received any reply .
My products are still in the hotel and now I am back in my country.
This has caused me lots of inconvenience and I paid products which I have not received yet.

When the delivery did not arrive after 3 days it was very difficult to find out who was actually responsible for the schedule .At no time was an actual Email sent from the company. This is my second review.

Trustworthy , efficient service .
Ease of ordering was very good. Had a problem with delivery. Entirely no fault of float, but delivery company. On contacting Float they dealt with my problem both quickly and efficiently.
I would both recommend and certainly use Float again.
