Incredible device

Incredible device. I had one installed two years ago in our main house and last year did the same in our lakehouse. Tech support is phenomenal. Awesome technology, awesome company. Worth it at double the price!

Great Service!

When I had an issue with my new FloLogic system, I reached out for tech support. Joey got on the phone with me immediately. He was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. He walked me through some troubleshooting and the system was up and running in minutes. The plumber who installed our system told me that they have excellent customer support and I found that to be absolutely true!

I have called and emailed FloLogic…

I have called and emailed FloLogic customer service over the past couple of years with questions. They have been amazing. Very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend the product because of its customer service.

Yesterday the water went off several…

Yesterday the water went off several times. We checked everything and I was sure it was a false reading and we needed a new sensor. We’ve hade a 3.0 for 20 years. I checked the website which basically said “ we don’t have false readings.” I turned off the main before the Flo Logic and the leak indicator went clear. The plumber found the tiny leak in the fill valve on one of the toilets. I’ve been recommending Flo Logic for years. Nice to know the system is perfect.

FloLogic Water Monitor System Works Great

I bought their product in 2013 and it has performed above and beyond the normal product performance realities of today. I am a retired engineer and appreciate a well engineered product when I see one. Although it has performed flawlessly throughout the years, the 2 occasions I needed support they responded quickly and correctly both times. I highly recommend their products.

False alarms all the time. Unreliable system!!!

I have a large old house so when I installed the flologic system I though I would have some peace of mind in case a pipe broke or something unexpected happened. For about 1 year it worked ok but after that every 2 or 3 days the alarm started triggering and the water shut off. I have the Wi-Fi adapter installed so i could reset the valve with the app but I have to walk around the whole house and the outside to see of a toilet was running or a faucet was not shut off properly. 99% of the time it was nothing. Eventually even the flow meter on the app would indicate all was ok right after the alarm had gone off and water was shut. FALSE ALARM 99% of the time!!!. To make things worst the Wi-Fi adaptor decided to disconnect randomly after having worked fine with the exact same network configuration for a year. This is a VERY UNRELIABLE system. The software is precarious and is very expensive and not worth the money. I regret not having gone with a different brand. DO NOT buy this. Save yourself money a headaches. Currently I just disconnected everything so it was all just a big waste of money.

Based on our experience with many thousands of user inquires, this type of seemingly mysterious auto shutoff is typically due to a stealthy running toilet. Very high quality products and

Very high quality products and, importantly, technical support when needed. They stand behind their product and provide advice and support as needed quickly and with strong expertise. You get to talk with real technical support people. When a small issue arose after 1.5 years, they took care of it promptly under warranty. Our plumber also loves the product. We highly recommend FloLogic.

Customer support was very helpful and responsive when *I* was having issues connecting the device to the network. The product looks to be of high quality and it will save you money - it's not a matter of if you get a leak, but when.

Superior Customer Service

I purchased the FloLogic system and had the plumber install the water line components and I did the installation of the Gateway module, the Connection modules X 2 and the power supply. A call to customer service at FloLogic was returned by Brandon in short order. He assessed my need for a comprehensive review of the installation process and in short order completed the overview, added some caveats and I got started with installation. The system is installed and working well. Brandon’s directions made this possible. Brandon also helped me with a set up issue with the humidifiers on the furnaces.
The customer service and Brandon, hands down, provided superior customer service and did it with a smile. Thank you

Big waste of time

We turn our system off in the summer and every fall I waste 20 minutes trying to figure out how to turn it back on. Today I'm past 20 minutes and since we're only at this house on weekends, the companies so-called "Customer Service" isn't open. I think we're gonna go back to just shutting off the valve manually and try to forget all the money we spent. By the way you can't email the company either and their little chat bot is utterly worthless.

More than a decade aand system works as promised.

We have had the Flologic system for over a decade. It works incredibly well and is easy to adjust. It is hooked up to my security system through a wireless attachment. I only wish the older versions were able to be updated to WiFi.

Best of Breed!

I have 2 systems in place and enjoy peace of mind of knowing how sensitive the monitoring is. Recently we got a notification of water running more than 30 minutes while we were home. Didn't notice anything at all. After further checking we saw a sink with just a little more than a steady drip! It is that sensitive!
If you want the best protection this is it! The customer service is amazing too.

When I was first introduced to the…

When I was first introduced to the FloLogic leak detection system in 2021, it was by suggestion of my new homeowner's insurance company. They alerted me to the fact that most home damage is done by water. They also told me that there could be a fairly substantial premium cost savings if I had a FloLogic system installed in my house. I had never heard of the system so I was a little skeptical of the performance that the system told me I could expect, program, and monitor.
I am not the greatest tech informed person so I was even a little unsure about setting up the system.
I have to say, with the incredible support I received from the tech people, it was and is as easy as they said. FloLogic, as far as I am concerned, overperforms what I expected. The peace of mind we have whenever we go anywhere or travel is well worth the cost.
We recently purchased another house in Florida and because we are splitting our time between the two houses, we really didn't need anyone to suggest we install a FloLogic system there. It was the first thing we did.
Peace of mind. I could be a spokesperson for this company.

We love our FloLogic system

We have had the FloLogic system since we remodeled an old 1910 farmhouse in the country back in 2018. On several occasion's flow logic notified us that we have had a running faucet, broken pipe, or toilet not shutting off. I did not set up the app controlled module until after COVID, and in 2024 we had to send our controller to FloLogic for a firm wear update. All communication and assistance from technical assistance has been stellar. Our app allows me to adjust setting on the fly when we have more guests than usual or freezing weather so I can drip faucets without shutting down our water. We love this system.

The FloLogic system is amazing

The FloLogic system is amazing. I have it in multiple locations. It is very easy to use and extremely effective at picking up water flow. When we first moved into our home it picked up a broken pipe outside the house. It also picked up leaking faucets. I highly recommend this product.

Wow...perfect in every way

Wow, I am so impressed with this company. Their product and customer service is top notch. They were very helpful talking to my plumber about requirements and set-up. The leak section system works perfectly. It's easy to use and finally gives me PEACE OF MIND. Highly recommend Flo Logic for an all-around great experience.

Great Support

Although the situation that brought me to Flologic was a costly and disruptive pipe break in my home while we were out of town, I've slept much more securely after installing their system based on the recommendation from Chubb Insurance. I've had few technical issues over the years but when one occurred their tech support team was always patient and thorough in helping us diagnose the issue and get it resolved.

During my career as a senior Disney executive our call center and help desk were a part of my responsibilities and they were committed to the concept of "magic restored" when they encountered situations that were inconsistent with our brand promise. The folks at Flologic not only make a great product but they stand behind it as well with people you can talk to, who help you fix the issue and don't make you feel stupid.

Cannot Disable System. Received Message ("CHECK PS") which I have not previously seen displayed and is not mentioned in the User Manual

I have called the given number (877-356-5644) for technical support. The prerecorded voice suggests different numbers for general mailbox, directory, sales, info, tech assistance press 3 etc. Every button I pressed yielded a computer voice announcing that what had pressed was "invalid input." Very disappointing.
Since 2007, I have had a FLoLogic system which was functioning perfectly (with battery changes from time to time) until Monday, January 15, 2024. I tried to disable the system-never had a problem previoulsy--but kept receiving a message "CHECK PS" and was unable to connect with the codes to activate the Disable reading. I reviewed the User Manual and see no reference to a message that look even close to "Check PS." What do I do? .
UPDATED REVIEW on Jan 17, ‘24. I received a telephone call from Flo Logic to inquire whether they could help with the problem discussed in the above review. I am so impressed that the company, whose product I have happily used since 2007, responded so promptly. The company representative provided an answer to the “I can’t disable the system” issue and convinced me that the communications problem I experienced was with a one-off error with the system. So while my one-star rating for the experience I had with the faulty customer service number is there, if I were asked to rate the product or the response to my complaint of 1/16 I would rate FloLogic a 5 star plus+
Accidents happen; what counts is how a company responds. Flo Logic apologized for the communications error (or, misunderstanding, if you will) and explained the message I received that led to my review. That is what’s important, given an imperfect world.

For the cynics out there, I have not received any compensation, gift or anything of value in exchange for writing this updated review.
