I first had dealing with John about 30 years ago. Purchasing since then outboards, having engines serviced, and buying chandlery.
A first class and highly professional service is always provided by John, and he has passed on his skills and extensive knowledge down through his family.
Customer satisfaction is guaranteed.
I have recommended Flood Marine to other boat owners and I had no hesitation in doing so at any time.

As a company we have been using yamaha outboard engines for over forty years and flood marine have been supplying us with engines and service parts for over twenty years now.
We always find them efficient and reliable at all times with a great knowledge of there product

I have been dealing with Barry for a few years now, getting parts sent by courier to Zambia (of all places). He is a pleasure to deal with and today I was delighted when he said parts were being dispatched in advance of us sorting out a transfer after online payment failed. To be trusted like that in this day and age is incredible and that (plus the super fast service) is why I always go to Flood marine. Whether it is a whole gearbox or a couple of filters. 10 out of 10. This is proper customer service and relations. If I could give 11 out of 10 I would.
