What can I say about Lee, Dan & Callum @ Floorland ....
absolutely Fabulous from start to finish , nothing was to much trouble . Because our job was an insurance claim, I had certain guidelines and restrictions , Lee advised me all the way . Lee even sourced a flooring Floorland didn’t stock at the time , nothing was to much trouble .
Dan & Callum our fitters were courteous and again really helpful, they came upon a problem with our floor ( old house with wooden & concrete floors ) and Lee with his knowledge sorted it , I think anyone else would have left it to us .
We cannot recommend Floorland enough thanks , Lee Dan & Callum for all your help and advice. Excellent company

I ordered my samples on line
I ordered my samples and 2 days later they were delivered by courier. Excellent products with decent size samples. First class service. Now I have to make up my mind which flooring to use In my kitchen/dining room and hallway!

Not satisfactory delivery notice
Not sure why we did not receive the service that other reviewers are praising but after ordering my flooring I was not notified of a delivery date despite selecting to receive delivery updates by email/text etc.
The flooring arrived while we were not at the property and I was charged £40 to rearrange delivery date. I was given broad window of Monday-Friday when the repeat delivery would arrive and luckily we were available the second time.
After speaking to Floor land I was advised this was out of their hands as the delivery company would charge them either way to deliver again, this could have easily been avoided if we'd been notified of the delivery date in the first place. Considering the value of the delivery it is not acceptable to not provide an expected delivery time; far smaller companies manage it with far smaller items.

We are sorry you have had to leave negative feedback but as explained in my conversation with you on the telephone, the communication regarding shipping companies, is totally out of our control at the moment because of the pressure and back log they are under, due to the pandemic and other issues after Brexit. They are not working as usual which I did thoroughly explain to you.
We do our very best to try and individually inform customers from the information we receive from the shipping companies, ourselves. We are in the same boat as you and at the moment we can only give a 1-3 day time frame, as it states on the information supplied on the products you are purchasing.
As you received your order very quickly on a next day delivery, and wasn’t home, we believed this delivery went as well as we can hope for at the moment, with all that is going on.
We’re sorry you was not home to receive your order but I’m afraid this is not something we can change at the moment.
It’s is difficult times that we are working in right now and we can only hope things start to get better in the coming weeks/months. All I can say is I can assure you that we are doing everything we can, and working very hard at the moment to get information from shipping companies, but it is extremely difficult.

100% recommended! They did a great job fitting laminate in our house and we can't be happier with the result. Very professional, good material and reasonable price. Lee was great to deal with, very helpful advising on the material and also on how to do the staircase which was the most important part. Dan and Callum did amazing fitting it. So pleased with their work.
