Website Delivery Terms very misleading
This is what the website says:
'Please be aware that customers living outside of mainland UK or in some territories of Scotland may not be eligible for next day delivery. Deliveries outside mainland UK will incur extra delivery charges. Once you have placed your order online, we will be in contact to arrange the best delivery options/pricing available'
But....... in reality what they do is cancel your order for mainland Scotland and refund it for the IV postcodes. They need to update their website and not waste peoples time in placing orders.
4th Jan - Update - Thank you for your response so if you update your website to be more accurate I will remove this review so other customers are not frustrated by ordering and wasting their time.

Our service in the Scottish Highlands is a service we do offer to a certain point of the Scottish Highlands. Due to the shipping services that we use, we can only deliver our pallets to certain areas of the Scottish Highlands due to the shipping companies' inability to fulfil orders in certain areas. We checked with the shipping for you the minute that the order came through, which we were told that they could not get the order to you for less than £380.00 and that they could not be certain that it was the lowest price. Because your order was only a small order, we didn't believe it was in yours or our interest to charge you that amount of money for such a small order and decided that it was the right thing to do to refund you instantly, rather than charge you this amount of money for the specified items. I am very sorry about the disruption that this may have caused you and if there is anything we can do to help you or resolve the issue for you in any way that we can, then please call our office on 01925354554. We have also now updated our terms and conditions on our shipping and delivery policies to make our Scottish Highland customers more aware of these problems. Hope this helps in future.

I had a definite delivery requirement that they needed to arrange to suit me and did without ant fuss. I had other issues that were easily resolved. I very much would recommend this supplier without hesitation, proven by the fact that I hate leaving reviews but am pleased to do so in this case.

Great customer service
My requirement was urgent because the installer had already been booked. I spoke to Leo (who gave me some product advice) and he assured me that the order would be delivered before the deadline, and then he followed up with an email when it had been picked up for delivery. I had ordered samples of the same product (from two other companies) two weeks before I spoke to Leo and they arrived after the complete order from Floor Land! And Floor Land were cheaper anyway.

Lukasz - The floor is beautiful after laying
The floor is beautiful after laying, but you have to pay attention to transport, several dozen panels had a damaged corner, but luckily only in one package. I had some 1.5 meters of surplus, so I didn't care about it. Good product quality, a very nice imitation of dark cut stone, and the price of just under £ 12 for the LVT is unbeatable. Thanks.

The most competitive price available for 12mm laminate flooring available for the area required, plus the addition of waterproof, heat reflective underlay, no other company could match. After installing the flooring, the finished product is outstanding. The matt finish is exactly what I required.
