Originally ordered Scotia to go with flooring, but Floor Land phoned to advise that we didn't need it to go with the flooring type we'd ordered.
Having explained they then amended the order to remove and gave us a refund.

Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff, helped sort things out when there were delivery issues. I was a little disappointed that I had to pay such a large (25%) re-stocking fee because I ordered the wrong flooring. This would have been fair enough if I was just asking for a refund but as I was returning flooring in return for a different product, I felt it was a bit steep.

Communication could be improved.
Flooring despatched promptly and arrived safely. The three stars is due to poor communication between Floor Land, the delivery company and me, so that the flooring wasn't delivered when I was told it would be, and when I contacted the company, it was then delivered exactly the time I'd said I would be out (though luckily I'd changed my mind and happened to be in). Sorry to be mean. Should be easy to fix!

The shipping company was instructed to deliver your order when we specified back to you, but they decided to deliver the order a day early.
