I ordered worktops, and Floorchoice were very communicative in negotiating a delivery date. However, when their courier arrived, he demanded to know where the builders were, i.e. were they on site? I explained that no, just me here. My husband was fitting the new kitchen and he was at work. The courier explained that he couldn't lift worktops on his own (I was surprised that they hadn't sent 2 people - after all, the customer is paying the delivery charge), and would need help. I offered to help, but he would not accept, saying that customers had had accidents and he couldn't be responsible for that??? I got the distinct impression that he was just slightly prejudiced against older women doing any lifting. So the courier just drove his lorry away and didn't deliver the goods that day. To be fair to Floorchoice, they were most apologetic and rearranged delivery for 2 days later, but my husband had to take the day off from work. 2 days later the same courier arrived, and when my husband opened the front door to him he said 'Oh that's better' - which made me seethe and then I was determined I'd stay out of the way before I said something rude to him. Then, my husband came struggling in carrying a 3 metre worktop on his own, so I helped him carry it in. We went back to the lorry to get the next one (3 on order) and when this courier saw me, he immediately grabbed my end of the second worktop and said 'Oh I'll do that'. I feel that up to that point he was willing to let my husband carry the other worktops into the house all on his own. He had a real chauvenistic attitude. The worktops were undamaged and were exactly what I ordered, but if you are building your own kitchen, as we are, I would think twice about getting worktops from this company so long as they are using bad couriers like this.

They have advised, sent samples (all coming in super fast time) and been generally amazing.

I have used their services several times and every time I am happy with it all. Also the range they stock is limited and you can not find this products everywhere so it is selected good quality products, quick service and yes next time when I need something one of the first places I will look for is Floor Choice. I am an interior designer my self and I have seen hundreds of companies and products and yes I vote with 5 stars for this one. I just hope they will keep it the same way or even better in future. I was looking for a specific type of flooring and after some detailed searching came across Floor Choice (trading as Wood2u). The staff were helpful and informative and once the order was placed the delivery arrived at my home when arranged .

Found this supplier on the internet and entered my Quickstep Arte requirement. The website gave me the info I required within a couple if seconds. If I'm being honest I didn't believe it and phoned the store and the gent I spoke to was extremely helpful and answered all my queries immediately.
Placed order online on Monday afternoon with no problems and the full order was delivered on Wednesday morning.
Excellent service and cost. Would have no hesitation in recommending.
