After my grass kept dieing in heat I decided to order fake grass I’ve done myself before and come across cheeper stuff but once laid looks appealing the grass I order was spot on looks amazing and pile fluffs up once sand brushed in at the end very pleased with results also great communication from company and staff at all points of transaction highly recommended 👌🏻🙏🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered on Monday, had dispatch email on Tuesday still no tracking information by Thursday, eventually got through on the phone after multiple no answers to be told "we've managed to find your order its being dispatched today" even though I'd already been told it'd been dispatched on Tuesday? Still couldn't provide any tracking information as they simply didn't know. Said they'd call me the next day with an update - never happened.

Delivery driver turned up and dumped it on my drive after NO tracking email, NO telephone call, NO text message nothing from either flooring direct or the couriers!! Good job I was already home!

Avoid this company like the plague.

They are no more than a middle man, they order the flooring in then use multiple couriers to deliver it. Order direct and save yourself unanswered emails, chat supports and phonecalls.

Customer service was excellent with the customer ambassador going above and beyond to help with delivery. Recommend the company as they care about their customer.

I have used this company in the past and service ,product quality and value for money is always spot on. My recent order however I had a minor issue but this was dealt with in a more than satisfactory way by Hayley in the aftersales team in a very timely way too. Great company, excellent staff!!!

Just received a delivery of artificial grass off flooring direct it was a great service from the ordering to the delivery very helpful wouldn't hesitate to order from this company again.

Excellent paid 7.95 a square metre and looks fantastic ive compared the artificial grass to places charging 20 plus a metre and its the same..would definitely buy again and delivered quick👍👍👍

Amazing product quick delivery will use again

Great product, great price and very helpful and friendly team. I think some of the other reviews left on here didn't take into account that they're an incredibly small team trying to do their best in the middle of surging prices and labor shortages.
They did everything they could to help me and couldn't have asked for more.

Never dealt with the company before and approached the purchase hopeful that all would be well. I need not have worried as all went well, ordering was simple, the communication after the purchase was all one would wish, as well as the carrier update. This item was over 2.5 meters long my fear that it would arrive bent we’re unfounded. I would not hesitate to use again. I dealt with Hayley who was very helpful.
