Ordered some wide metal carpet trims. They were reasonably priced and good quality. The delivery was very quick would recommend.

The delivery arrived when stated and the goods itself were in very good condition, so many thanks to all concerned.

Bought fantastic quality artificial grass at a really great price. Service and communication were great from start to finish. Recently purchased bronze carpet bars to finish off new hallway. Matched perfectly with new doors and handles,should have checked this site out before I purchased plain silver ones from carpet store at 3 times the price which are now lying in my shed .prompt delivery .would definitely use again

Great Prices, Quick Delivery and Quaility Products.

Bought 11 boxes of WPC Decking Interlocking Tiles. They were delivered quicker than expected, were exactly what we were looking for and very affordable. Customer Service was also great as they contacted me after delivery to ensure that I was happy with everything.

ordered grey laminate and was directed to which scotia bead would match ,looked ok on pictures on website
however when arrived was more white then grey.
when I contacted the company said it was up to me to send back and not their problem ,when clearly they know it doesn't match.
I am a general builder who would of ordered in the future, but after the customer experience no chance.

Horrific experience with this company which just keeps getting worse! I ordered and paid for flooring and delivery some time ago. I waited for the scheduled delivery all day yesterday and nothing was received. There was no contact from the company. At the end of the day I contacted Flooring direct via online chat and was told that they’d find out what had happened to my order and get right back to me. An hour and several messages later still no contact. I finally got hold of another company representative who said that my order wouldn’t be delivered that day but may be delivered in 2 days time. On asking for definite confirmation to this I’ve had no response. No response to emails, online chat and calls. This company has taken my money and entered into a contractual agreement to provide a product at a specified delivery time. This hasn’t happened, they do not respond to any form of contact. Customer services were rude, unhelpful and unresponsive. Read the many negative reviews that read just like mine before paying this company for goods and services, then simply don’t do it!
