They were there on the end of the phone when I was having a melt down about delivery and workmen carrying out work and timing it all together

I looked at various companies but Flooring Direct met all of my requirements at a competitive price. My order was processed quickly and the materials were delivered sooner than I’d expected.
Everything I wanted arrived and the quality was excellent. I was contacted a week later to check everything was acceptable, a really good idea for customer satisfaction.
I’m pleased that I chose Flooring Direct and will use them next time I have a requirement and will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and colleagues,

Really pleased with the vinyl sheet flooring quality and price. It was dispatched on the day of the order. I would have given five stars but the courier used had the delivery in their depot for three days before they delivered it, which delayed me getting the job done.

Ordered carpet and accessories on 2/11 - received accessories no carpet. Emailed twice already and no answer. It’s now 15/11, no carpet, no answers on phone or email. Furious!

Very pleased with the vinyl we ordered for hall and kitchen. Delivery was very quick, and with the cardboard roll inside, did not bend or damage. The hall vinyl was very thick and laid beautifully. Waiting for a fitter to lay the kitchen grey sand vinyl. Both look and feel super, so no hesitation in ordering again. Thank you.

Very good quality carpeting and a very competitive price, delivery was incredible, carpet arriving two days after ordered, and delivered right to the door, extremely happy with the finish of the carpet and its luxiurious feel

Ordered carpet/paid for it/3-5 days delivery/11 days later no carpet/put messages on chat line and leave a message several times/tried ringing loas/Finally left the phone ringing for ages and someone answered and ealt with the problem quite professionally/told me the carpet had been lost in transit??/Will send me another carpet middle of following week and would ring me two days before for confirmation/ no phone call and no carpet/got through todaysaid they were waiting for carpet from supplier/great/cancelled order and requested refund/ok will take 2 days to be in bank account/waiting with baited breath for remuneration/i will keep you posted

Delivered incorrect backed carpet but made steps to rectify and replaced with one we asked for.
I would say you get what you pay for as cheaper end of range definitely feels that, but spend a bit more and quality is there. Make sure get a sample before buying!

Brilliant service! Have ordered grass from here a few times, the latest order was a different shade sent, but had a lovely lady Steph sorted out a return for me, I sent a sample of the previous grass I had ordered and she found me the exact match, very helpful, would highly recommend, I now have a super lawn that looks great , thank you, Deborah.

Ordered samples, received the next day, order arrived 3 days later, good quality vinyl for the price which I managed to lay myself. I received an email a couple of days later from Hayley to check I was happy with it. Great customer service, would definitely recommend. Thankyou
