Have used company before with no issues. Ordered some vinyl flooring and received no order confirmation which was odd and the next day order was showing as dispatched on my account on the website. This was three weeks ago and I've still not received any communication or the flooring despite trying to contact them through a variety of means. Absolutely avoid using.

I placed an order twice and nothing arrived both times. There has been no response to my emails. Absolutely avoid.

Quite frankly the worst company. I've paid hundreds for an order which still hasn't arrived. Excuses after excuses. Dates constantly change with no communication and I'm still waiting. Do not use

They take your money and then nothing shows up. Ordered from this company, they took payment. Weeks later nothing has shown up. I have emailed, three weeks later still nothing. Criminals.

I've been messed around by this company for 9 days and my son is sleeping in the lounge (before gcses) with his furniture stuck all around the house because this company are a disgrace. He can't go back to his bedroom until he has a carpet. Be warned Hayley is a lier Don't believe a word she says. I've been charged a £50 late nothce cancellation charge from carpet fitter because the carpet didn't arrive when he was booked and no-one contacted me. The phone will not be answered, i've been trying for a week (55 calls) Again DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY****

Flooring was not accepted not unloaded and returned and refund requested since then the company will not answer calls or emails at all.
Will be taking them to court.

Scam scam scam!! Quick to take your order then after 5 weeks email to say they cannot get the stock and still no refund over 4 weeks later! AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY

I ordered a lot of samples and this silly company wouldn't deliver it all in one, shocking and outrageous behaviour and company.

Do not use.. The driver told me that not all my order was in stock then fraudulently signed the paperwork to say I had received it all. Been trying to contact the company for over a week and there is no answer.

ORDERED SUNDAY, GOT NO EMAIL CONFIRMATION ALTHOUGH THEY'VE TAKEN PAYMENT. CALLED AND LEFT MESSAGES MAYBE 10 TIMES NOW OVER THE COURSE OF THE WEEK AND NOBODY RESPONDING. THIS IS A TOTAL JOKE.

BEYOND DISGUSTED WITH THIS FLOOR ORDER #4UJ36326SC060201K finally took it out the packaging as it was time to lay , loads where cracked & damaged large chips it won't click together, I'm convinced this flooring is factory seconds what a complete waste of money, product Order kronotex white oak 7mm . BEYOND upset , I cant even afford to purchase else where, I don't know how you could send this rubbish out to a customer ordred 6 packs in total 2 of them were totally unusable

Sent wrong lino and ghosted me, had to open a PayPal resolution for a refund

Same as others. Order placed, then a week later (after being given delivery date) told flooring not available. Told it would be a couple of days. Over a week later can't get hold of them on phone. Their website claims they are rated 5 stars by their customers - ha ha ha.

Floor trim turned up bent and wrong colour - emailed them and left message on phone to refund or send replacement and no reply .
Wont be using them again… will be issuing a credit card charge back …

The following is a message which was sent to Flooring Direct.co.uk and which they have completely ignored.
"WHY IS NO ONE ANSWERING YOUR TELEPHONE OR REPLYING TO MESSAGES? If you cannot fulfil the above order in a timely manner, I want a refund and I will place an order elsewhere. Up to now this is not the service I have come to expect from FD, which is why I have been a returning customer!!!!

Unless this is resolved professionally, today, with an acceptable level of customer care, I can see from other comments that your business will be dead in the water."

The one time I didn’t read the reviews ☹️ I ordered on 9th Jan, received a dispatched notice and tracking. The tracking showed “pending return” from the delivery depot @ XDP courier. Have been trying to contact both flooring direct and the courier XDP with no luck. If anyone from Flooring Direct reads this I’d really appreciate a response please as I’ve paid £90 for my carpet track and nothing to show for it as yet.

Ordered vinyl flooring on 18/1 order acknowledged & money taken. Since then absolutely nothing tried phone,email,chat numerous times no reply on any. How do these people live with themselves absolute scam with such a big website.Unbelievable DO NOT USE.

Absolutely the worst company ever. Ordered items, arrived damaged. Left multiple messages and emails. No response at all.

Absolute joke, scammers please avoid, like many others on here ordered goods nearly 4 weeks ago they took.my money and sknce then I have made multiple attempts to contact them by phone which is never answered and by email with nothing back

I bought from here 6 weeks ago and never received my product.
They ignore the phone and emails.
My advise don’t buy from them, if you already have take it up with your card suppliers and claim it back through visa, I just got my MONEY back TODAY on my card from visa.
All you have to do is prove they don’t send track your attempts of phone calls, and email.
Job done money back.
Let’s hope they go bust soon or get sent to prison. SCAMMERS
