Terrible service and customer service

I ordered an item, with £20 delivery. Still haven't received it, still haven't had any communication from flooring direct, left voice mails, sent emails, and called several times with no department answering. I have now gone to PayPal to request a refund and wow, somebody from the courier services rings me saying it must be lost in transit

Ordered flooring

Ordered flooring, paid, got a purchase receipt then haven't heard anything... they do not respond to emails and do not answer the phone. I am having to go through PayPal now to get a refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Purchased on the 10th of December received an email stating my order had been placed and that is the last I've heard. I have not received my order and there is no point phoning as they never answer the phone no matter which service you try to go through on. I have been phoning daily since the 29th December and no answer at all. Complete scam company.

Item didn't arrive , no correspondence from them at all ,they take money and leave you without ,they scam people ,wish I'd read reviews first. Do not buy from them ,no refund as yet either

If I could put no stars I would. I am absolutely horrified by this company. It clearly is a scam and I only wish I had looked at reviews before purchasing, but I didn’t think it would be necessary for a flooring company especially when they look so legit. Do not be fooled!!! I placed an order 19th Dec costing £553 for carpet and underlay. I received a receipt with a note that a dispatch email will follow shortly. NOTHING has arrived. They NEVER answer their phones. They don’t reply to their online form. Whoever owns this company should be ashamed. They are crooks. I’ve been sleeping on my mattress on the floor as I am waiting for carpet in my bedroom. How can a company be so incompetent and not even answer a phone or even know how to send an email? It makes me sick that people like this exist. They need to be locked up. How many people have you defrauded?! Send me my carpet or give me my money back. Scum

Avoid this company. They take payment and then nothing.

Oh, and changing your name to from Flooring Direct to Carpet Market is just a cop out!!! You should give up on running a business

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. I think they’ll be going under soon. They took our money, never sent the floor and don’t answer the phones or email. Absolutely disgusting as they’ve now left us with no kitchen floor over Christmas.

As other people have said no product received, I did get to talk to someone who said product would be in in a few days and seemed very helpful but I’m still waiting, have left messages on the phone and emailed.

Nice website, shame about the Customer Service

Three carpet threshold strips ordered. Arrived very quickly, but two were dented, and one was the wrong colour.

Email (with photos) sent at 10am Wednesday asking for prompt replacements. Five hours later, I've not even had an acknowledgment and my phone call rang for ages then went to answering machine.

So I have no idea whether to sit back with replacements coming, or give up and order from elsewhere to be sure of being ready for carpet fitters in a few days' time.

Sad to say, that on the strength of my experience, I would suggest going elsewhere if you need reliable service.

Possible scam - no product and none responsive

Unfortunately I have to echo recent reviews.

Placed an order a few weeks ago which never arrived. Called every day, left messages and sent emails with no response.

Normally I do my due diligence but due to the urgency of needing the product, I didn’t in this case.

I’m not sure if it’s a complete scam or just not responsive.

Please, please find another retailer. I’ve lost a lot of money to this company and if I lived closer, would drive to the registered address.

I have been waiting 2 months for a…

I have been waiting 2 months for a refund. I have sent numerous emails, photos confirming returns and called countless times - and now am being ignored completely. What is going on? I thought they were a 'friendly' team. This is so frustrating.

NO CALL BACK OR EMAIL ON WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERED …

We have ordered from flooring direct before had no problems , then placed another order on 15th for similar product , received the door bar but came the wrong colour ordered dark bronze to match my other products but it came a light colour , called several time left message no reply and sent emails asking for exchange to the correct product but no response

Ordered a cream carpet, received a grey linoleum…. Nooone answering the phone, no one on the chat- the ghost company. Literally takes your money and buggers off. DO NOT USE!

Unbelievable how bad this company is…

Unbelievable how bad this company is and can still trade. The website is very professional looking promising delivery in a few days and 30 money back guarantee. The reality, it takes weeks, they don't answer any phones or emails, they put in small print not even to try calling about delivery until 7 working days has passed. I eventually got a part delivery after asking Nationwide to do a charge back on my debit card, the roll of vinyl was damaged but after waiting 3 weeks I wasn't going to try sending back, but probably couldn't as they Don't answer phone or messages. I never received the threshold bar which was £30.00 either. A true bunch of charlatans, I wish I'd read the reviews on here and also paid by credit card. Also don't mix them up with uk flooring direct who are a different company
