From my initial request for samples to delivery of my subsequent order, the service from The Flooring Hut has been second to none. Through no fault of theirs, there were a couple of minor glitches with samples and delivery time from Heckmondwike but these were efficiently addressed and quickly resolved.

The carpet tiles I purchased are now laid and I am very pleased both with the quality and how they look in my home study. All in all, I have no hesitation in recommending The Flooring Hut for their obvious focus on customer satisfaction.

We have just re-carpeted our new home. We bought our beautiful carpet from flooring hut at a really competitive price. We ordered on-line and the website was really easy to use to place our order and to calculate how much carpet we needed. Any queries we had were answered efficiently over the phone. The person we spoke to was really friendly and reassuring. The delivery person was polite, professional, friendly and helpful. We ordered some Abingdon carpet which was a great price. We could pick our delivery date and it turned up when expected delivered by a courteous, helpful driver. Excellent service all round.

I needed some Polyflor flooring delivered to IOW quickly. I rang to find out if they delivered, which they did. They also gave me delivery times so I ordered on the Monday and delivery was 2 days later. Great product, efficient service and knowledgeable staff. Thanks, the floor looks great.

I needed to match some Karndean LLP and asked for quotes from various companies. FH had the price clearly marked on their website but as most other suppliers reported they were out of stock I called FH. A very helpful young lady checked and advised it wasn’t in stock but it could be delivered within about a week but that I had to order online and not over the phone.
I placed my order and gave a preferred delivery day. The same day I received confirmation of order and delivery date. Subsequently, I discovered that Karndean had discontinued this range of flooring and had no remaining stock so I strongly suspected that JH would email or message me to advise they also couldn’t get it.
Today was delivery day and I was still worried I wouldn’t get the order but it arrived early this morning and the third party driver helped me unload into my garage (though he was able to reverse up to the open garage so probably easier than the kerbside delivery promised).
Goodness knows where FH found the stock but I am very grateful.
In summary, FH are an efficient and low cost company with exceptional customer service and I’ll definitely use them again if I need any type of flooring.

Ordered new engineered wood flooring to match existing floors covering for a new extension. Really good website and excellent communication by Paul throughout the process. Really fast delivery. The delivery driver very cooperative when it came to offloading.
