Friendly and knowledgeable
Jordan was very engaged in the process of advising on the best window dressing solutions to meet our room requirements. The quotation was produced very quickly and follow up was diligent without being intrusive.
We would certainly recommend Trinity as a good option for blinds/curtains and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Although the blinds were ordered correctly there was a mix up with our supplier and the wrong fabric was dispatched for 3 out of 4 of your blinds. We hope you would use us again in the future as we would always welcome you custom. All the best and enjoy using your blinds - they do look fantastic!

Really pleased with the service from Jordan & Co, nothing was too much trouble and all carried out in a friendly professional manner. Special mention to Adrian, the flooring installer who put a lot of thought into what was a very challenging project and took enormous care with our period property.
