Graeme saved our patio from a cowboy builder who completely spoiled 150m2 of our limestone patio by incorrectly grouting it. it was a total mess.

Ordered some products., there courier says he delivered it sent a picture of it but I have not had my parcel. Beware. Now trying to say I’ve received my items. Try another seller, these people arnt worth the hassle. As I say you delivered but I did not receive?? Not my problem. Don’t leave parcels 📦

I ordered a few samples of Indian stone seler and colour intensifre from different companies and floorseals was undoubtedly the best, really brought out the colours in my Indian stone paving.

I'm in Australia and I've tried half a dozen different products, that I bought from Bunnings, and none restored my black limestone pavers to their original deep black. At upwards of about $50/product it wasn't a cheap exercise.
I kept seeing this stuff in my search results but couldn't find a supplier in the UK to send me some so I contacted a friend living there and had her send it. I am SO GLAD I tried as it is absolutely amazing! The pavers look like the day I laid them; deep, rich and black. Totally worth the $$ to buy and have it sent.

I’m very happy with this product
I fitted 2 new porcelain patios in my garden during the summer, then used silka all weather resin jointing compound to seal the joints, Unfortunately I didn’t use enough water while filling the joints, which left left grey stubborn staining on the tiles.
I tried everything to remove the staining to no avail.So I purchased Floorseal Resin Joint Residue Remover, a little expensive but worth every penny.
It comes in a gel form which you brush across the staining, then leave it to do it’s magic for about 30 minutes, then with a abrasive pad rub across the area and then rinsed the area down, and like magic the resin staining was gone, it also removed a little rust mark.
I’m Very impressed with this product, it does what it says on the tin, and would recommend this product if you ever experience a similar problem.

Communication from Floorseal is exemplary, they text when the order is dispatched and again with an hour time slot for delivery. Delivery was very quick indeed.

Black spot remover is an excellent product which has brought my Indian stone up like new. My patio and paths look as if they have been professionally cleaned.

Our Indian Fossil Mint sandstone patio was looking 'tired' only 3 years after being layed.

Jet washing wasn't making any impact on the black spot that had appeared on most of the slabs, so we Google'd the best way to get rid of it . . . up came Floorseal Black Spot Remover.

Having wet the slabs and applied the Floorseal, we sat back to wait the one hour suggested in the instructions.

After only 15 minutes the black spot had gone, without even rinsing with water let alone using a jet wash . . . pfftttt!

Rinsed off just using a hose and the effect is just wow. Clean or what, including the joints.

Phoned up for advice. The advice I was given was friendly, comprehensive, and turned out to be spot on. I ordered some soft wash and to my amazement it arrived the following day. The product turned out to be fantastic and did everything that was claimed for it. I couldn't have asked for more.

Have tried tested and am now using Patio cleaner plus, Blackspot remover and the non acid rust remover. Had a few questions before testing these which were answered knowledgeably and patiently. Placed a new order in the afternoon and got an email before 7pm to say it will be delivered next day. Fantastic service, products, and experience all round!
