Thank you to Graeme for his patience and exceptional advice regarding choosing the correct product for my patio. I will be coming back to buy more products soon and will definitely recommend to friends and family

Seriously SCAMMERS!!!! I complained about them to trading standard agency!!!!
So, I purchased the ceramic tiles cleaner to clean some organic matter which leaked from my garden pots. (water pressure did not remove it).
They advertised:
"Easy to use with a short dwell time, this porcelain cleaner effortlessly cuts through dirt, grime and organic growth such as green algae and slime. "

This cleaner hardly remove any organic matter stains on my slabs. I tried three times with full strength solution as a third time. I was a bit frustrated because I bought also resin residue remover to remove some few residues from resin glue. It did not worked too. I spend around £60 for nothing. After that I had email to review the products. So I did, gave them one star and I said that both product did not worked.

They even did not publish my review claiming that the cleaner do not work on ferrous stains. Keeping it short I answered theirs email, that algae are iron reach organic matters and that any organic matter contain iron. I proved them that they contradict itself. I think you know what happened next. They even did not responded to my email.

THEY PUBLISH ONLY 5 STARS REVIEWS ON THEIRS WEBSITE AND REMOVE THAT ONE WHICH ARE NOT GOOD FOR THEM.

When I purchased theirs product I looked at theirs reviews. Defiantly it was a factor for purchasing the product. Selecting reviews for publishing should be banned. They clearly misleading customers about theirs products.

I have never come across customer service like it, above and beyond are two words that stand out, fantastically run company! Great stuff

£200 down the pan, complete waste of money, followed the instructions to the letter, applied to Indian sandstone, both coats within 45 mins of each other, bird poo still stains it badly.
Avoid.

the result is well worth the time spent. I purchased the block cleaner to treat a patio that had not been cleaned for 10+ years ( not since we've been here). It was not a quick job and we had to keep damping the blocks down although it was not a sunny day. We left it to work for aground 3 hours and washed it down. Result was really good. Its come up a treat. We treated the small retaining walls too. They appeared to be dark brown in colour. It turns out they are buff! Even more amazing result than the patio.

Graeme was very helpful during the purchase and we are extremely pleased with the result. We are getting on in years and arthritic, so if we can use this product anyone can. Would recommend.

Great service and excellent product. I'm extremely pleased with the product, but the service too, from Graeme, was brilliant. I emailed them on Friday and had the product on Saturday morning, which made a huge difference, I'd probably have gone with a different product if this hadn't have been possible, but I'm very pleased with the service, and the results.

What a great company to deal with..I purchased some sandstone sealer from them but was worried about using it due to efflorescence on my newly fitted flags .I emailed them and Graham kindly rang me back and explained everything I needed to know.. Excellent customer service . Its so nice these days to have that one to one contact

Had to remove Blackspot from our large Indian sandstone patio. Tried jet washing and other brands of cleaner but to no avail. After researching the company Floorseal and it’s products I opted for Patio Blackspot remover Plus in the 20lt size. Our patio is approx 48sq m and has been down about 6 years. In some areas the Blackspot deposits were heavy. Following the instructions and leaving the dwell time to approx 1hr,using a hard bristle brush the patio has come up to almost like it was when first laid. The heaviest staining needed a second application but overall we are absolutely thrilled with the outcome. The product was dispatched using quick delivery for a small extra charge but was well worth it. All in all,the company and the product I have found to be excellent and would definitely recommend. I had previously cleaned my Indian Sandstone with a power washer and a few DIY store chemicals and the result was only average - the dirt and some white marks came off but the stones had no colour and some were covered in black spots that would not shift. I found this website and ordered a 5L of the Black Spot Remover Plus. I tried it on Saturday on about a third of my patio. The results are incredible and the stones are beautiful. I would say that 90% of the black spots have gone, the stones colour is back and I am hugely impressed by the initial results. I will need to go over a few areas again where there are stubborn spots but what a great product. OK, so not the cheapest and I applied using a sprayer which meant I have used 5L on about 15m2 but it is definitely worth the cost and time as replacing these stones is an expensive business. I have re-ordered the 20L as I have more to do and will probably do a second application where needed. When this is done, I am going to order the sealant. Great product.

Excellent product. Our Indian Sandstone patio was looking faded and slightly "washed out". But this product has really made a difference to it by giving it a slightly damp look and enriching the colours. Just what we were hoping for.

I followed the instructions and found it a doddle to apply with a roller. No nasty solvent smells and quick to dry.

I had a few questions before and after applying, and Graeme from Floorseal was quick to answer my emails and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product or the company.

Floorseal - Very informative information on the website helped me make what turned out to be the correct decision. I had a query, filled in the online form, and very surprised to get a telephone call within 30 minutes and being able to talk t someone who knew what he was doing.
My Indian Sandstone slabs have been down over 15 years, only sealed once with another sealer and needed a thorough clean and seal.
Cleaner - Patio Black Spot Remover Plus – Perfect (used after a jet wash)
I had to leave it on for about an hour or so, and kept agitating during that hour. I had forgotten what the slabs looked like. Applied with old soft broom and a long handled scrubbing brush.
Sealer - Indian Sandstone Sealer & Colour Intensifier
Not a quick job, but a worthwhile job, two coats as described, had to do patio in 3 sections due to size but at the end my patio looks like new, very vivid colours. I chose this product because I did not want a slippery/shinny surface and that is exactly what I got - perfect.
Applied with masony roller and 4" paint brush to remove white residue.

To be honest, I am overwhelmed by how successful this product worked. I have just recently moved into a new house which (I thought) had a knackered old patio.
I have had quotes to replace it between eight and ten thousand. I was convinced it was a complete right off; it looked so awful. But, after watching a couple of videos demonstrating the cleaning of travertine tiles, I came across Floorseal and thought, why not give it a go. The delivery arrived the next day as promised, and three hours later, the travertine patio was gleaming like new. It was very straightforward; I just sprayed it on and went to work with a stiff yard broom, and the cleaning chemical did the rest.

Fantastic products, service and advice. My 12 year old terrace of Indian Sandstone was badly marked and dull despite being powerwashed at least annually. The Blackspot Cleaner was easy to use and the result was excellent and without damage to adjacent planting except where splashes had got onto leaves.
The sealer has improved the look of the terrace 100%, again easy to apply and brings out all the colour of thre stones. It looks better than when it was laid.
If only there were an easy solution to the broken grouting!

We’ve only had our patio for 6 months but already faded badly, this product really has brought them back to the beautiful dark tones we had originally wanted. It’s all in the application through and you’ll need to be patient, but worth it in the end

Best ever most amazing product, I am simply delighted with result. I wetted Patio, applied with a plant spayer to worst areas and used a scrub brush to make sure it was evenly spead. In 10 mins I could see results in 20 I could hardly find a spot in an area not treated. I also use it on a slab that had turned balck due to Yew tree sap. This is now former glory. If you see treated areas drying just go over with damp brush. Thank you Floorseal Chemists!!!

Just used this product for the Forsyths time today. It was amazing. I used a watering can to apply to my Indian sandstone patio which was covered in black spot. It had all disappeared within around 20 mins!!! I have used a black spot remover previously from another company and paid around twice the price. This worked more effectively and was cheaper. I'd definitely recommend and have already placed a further order to now treat my front brick paved drive. Also had lots of helpful feedback from the guy on the phone. Thank you.

was recommended this company, purchased the patio blackspot remover used as per instruction however it did not work as i expected emailed the company with photo and got a reply within hours they recommended a different blackspot remover for sandstone which they sent at no other cost it was absolutely amazing the patio looks like brand new .so pleased with the superb service and have already recommended this product to others thank you

I ordered some sealant with colour enhancer for my Indian sandstone patio. The website gives a very good description of the product and how best to use it. Delivery was very quick and I am delighted with the results. It is very safe to use, coverage was better than expected and it really brings out the different colours of the stone in an understated way. Would highly recommend this product.
