Works right out of the tub. Easy to apply and not too messy. Used a masonry brush and was easy to clean up

Brilliant product - does what it says on the label. Used on black spot treated Indian Sandstone fossil and it looks beautiful. However, needed to order another 5ltrs as not enough to cover 20sq metres of patio. Not a problem have ordered more!

This stuff was spectacular! I had wasted hours with bleach and other products. I put this on and watched it fizz. My paving slabs look amazing - black spots and other general blackness from beneath my neighbours tree all gone. It was worth putting into a spray rather than just tipping on as it went further (and it's not cheap). Really worth the cost though and thanks to others for reviewing it and giving me the confidence to buy.

I can honestly say this is probably the best customer service I’ve ever received following an online purchase! After buying an enhancing sealer from Floorseal we had a problem with the finish (nothing to do with the product I hasten to add, but down to the way it had been applied by a so-called professional). I emailed Floorseal to seek advice on a Sunday morning thinking someone would see it on Monday - to my surprise I received a tel call within half an hour of sending the email, from a gentleman named Graeme who spent the best part of 30 mins getting to the root of the problem and offering advice on solving it. I later learned that Graeme was also officially on holiday when he called. He also arranged a refund on our unopened sealer and even put me in touch with a specialist floor restorer. Thank you so much Graeme! Customer service at its very best!

Easy website and extremely quick delivery . Floor seal breathe does exactly what it says on the container water just beads on the stone slabs and runs off .

Very helpful advice from Floorseal before purchase with clear instructions for use. I just wish I had taken a “before “ picture. Amazing results on our block paving. The heavy marking by black lichen was removed with just one application, Brilliant, Would definitely recommend it.
