I received great service at the store and Paul managed to make a plan with sending Sacko to come and got my floors on a Sunday. Sacko was great and very professional . He worked solidly and the result is great.

A friendly, excellent and professional company to deal with.

The new flooring was fitted almost 9 months ago; we've had no problems with it at all and still looks as good today as 9 months ago.
Everything went well with the whole process from looking at products in the store and the excellent advice received from there right up to the floor being fitted.
Would happily recommend Floorstore Harrogate.

Fitting is under taken by a different…
Fitting is under taken by a different contractor so any issues are challenging to resolve. I wasn't happy with the final finish, but was told at my cost a second visit could be made. I wouldn't use them again.

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way following your experience.
As stated on the receipt and in our terms and conditions, fitting is carried out by independent contractors under a separate agreement, with payment made directly to them. We aim to be fully transparent about this from the outset.
We also understand the fitting took place in December, and we were not made aware of any concerns at the time. Raising issues at the point of installation allows them to be addressed much more effectively.
We always aim to be clear and supportive throughout the process.
First time customer in the Harrogate…
First time customer in the Harrogate branch. I went to talk about laminate flooring to replace carpets that were damaged by pets. I was greeted and asked if I needed any help ! The young man that helped me turned out to be one of the owners and what a delight had was. He gave me no nonsense advice on various flooring and after looking at colours I choose one. I was even able to book the fitters to come the following week !
I was so impressed with the service and price I decided to change the stair carpet to something more hard wearing.
I hadn’t realised it was a family and local business which I am very happy to support. The showroom is much bigger on the inside and there is a huge range of flooring. I was very pleased with the pricing and I shall be returning to get a made to measure rug once the flooring is down.

Very helpful in store staff
Very helpful in store staff, we were allowed to take away some samples to see which colours matched best.
They then came to measure up on time and the fitters did a great job, they even vacuumed up after themselves.

Hard flooring
We recently bought some hard flooring from Floorstore in Harrogate . Great experience from start to finish
Service in store from Wendy was great- knowledgeable, friendly and able to meet our short deadlines
Assessor came out same day to check the job and the fitters Karl and Joe were brilliant. Had to herring bone a plant room with lots of pipes / small kitchen and a bedroom.
So professional. Very pleasant and took care to make it look perfect. Really pleased with the results. Wish we had found this store sooner ! Would highly recommend - thank you

We tried a number of other local carpet stores but they all fell short of the service on offer at Floorstore. Reception in the store is friendly and helpful without being pushy and, importantly from our point of view, the price for the carpet we chose was competitive. Communication throughout was good, delivery was on time and our fitter, Connor, was brilliant. Really, what’s not to like?

We are thrilled with the new wool carpets supplied by FloorStore, Harrogate. And their customer service is excellent, every time. The fitter was prompt on arrival, and worked very efficiently, and showed us a few things when he had finished installing the underlay and carpet.
