I placed my order in the evening but still had an acknowledgement the same evening to say it had been processed.
I was kept informed about the delivery schedule and received my order without any problems and on time.

Brad was very helpful, and confirmed that the carpet I had seen (at twice the price elsewhere) was the same carpet on his website. They helped with the ordering process and we received within 2 days.
