Awful company to deal with. Profit is all they care about. I found Martin to be rude and pushy. Two months after the job started it has yet to be complete in my one bedroom flat (bedroom and bathroom excluded). Quality of the floor is poor, it already has scratches however the prices are high. I do not recommend.

Friendly hardworking good group of people, excellent finish & on time.

Great service and no surprises. The sanders worked very hard and gave us an amazing result despite our builder having laid our reclaimed floorboards the wrong way up with discolouration all over.
First time we use floorworks and pleasantly surprised. Now considering using them to sand our first floor.

I booked Floor Works to repair, sand and varnish our wooden floors after an unfortunate oil spill in our kitchen. Our customer service contact Martin was incredibly kind and supportive in helping me purchase the correct replacement boards. He held my hand through the process and offered expert advice, thinking through every aspect of the process and making sure the work could be done as quickly and efficiently as possible. Without his help I would have wasted huge amounts of money on the wrong product - he went above and beyond.
Our engineer Kiril was also amazing. He adapted his plan and helped us move our furniture in a way which made it as least disruptive as possible - working around our young baby’s needs. The work he did was impeccable - he removed deep scratches which I never thought would come out and matched the colour of the varnish perfectly. He worked longer hours to make sure it was done in time and communicated clearly throughout. He was a joy to work with.
I really cannot recommend Floorworks enough! They provide expert support and high quality work, all at a very reasonable price. I couldn’t be happier.

One of the best work I have ever seen for wood flooring. Dimitri and the Team did a fantastic job for my house wood flooring for 6 bed rooms. I had wooden flooring in my previous house. When I compare both the house woodwork, Dimitri works goes to the top. They did finished their work within given timeframe and excellent way they explain you around how you need to take care of the wooden floor.
I would certainly 1000% recommend them for any kind of wood flooring work

Dimitri and he’s team were awesome! Very efficient and enormously kind and inclusive in the process. Showed up timely and cleaned up nicely after. The result is fantastic and I couldn’t be happier. I’d highly recommend :)

Service was excellent, however quote was misleading. The quote did not say it was excluding VAT and did not mention VAT anywhere. This led to a nasty surprise when we received the invoice.

A great service. Really helpful on the phone and able to give good advice then be flexible on how much I wanted to do the day based on the initial sanding (Extra staining and/or gap filling). The guys who came out were also great. Really pleased with the service and the finished product. Money well spent. Would definitely recommend.
